Message to Store Manager - Get your staff together. You better be hiring a dozen more employees.
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to. We moved to this side of town a few years ago and the first time we ate here we told ourselves we weren't coming back. Now when we want BWW, We drive all the way to Nashville West. Here are the reasons:
So after 1 year, we have decided to give it another shot. It was the EXACT same experience. So we have decided never to go again.
Our third and last attempt was a surprise for my son, because he loves BWW, and because I am a fool for coming here a third time. It was late so we didn't have time to drive over to the one near Bellevue. Again, to no avail, we showed up at 7, and didn't get home till around 9:30, Wings were barely sauced, the burger was wrong, and never had refills.. Unacceptable three times in a row. We are absolutely never coming back.
When we want Buffalo Wild Wings, we drive all the way to Nashville West where we used to live, and eat at the one there. I would give that one 12 stars comparing it to this one.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: You can make it right by hiring more/better staff. That's all it will take. I filled out the provided survey by copying and pasting this review.    Read moreI came in Saturday night 4/22 around 11ish. I just wanted to get some togo and was already close by. I came in and after a quick sec the cashier came to greet me & take my order. I had a kinda complicated order that gets messed up pretty often (honestly the order is nothing crazy, just changing out the cheese/sauce.)
The cashier was really friendly & ensured me that she'd run back and make sure the cooks understood how she ranv it up. Thankfully for a Saturday night it wasn't too busy and you could tell that the kitchen/FOH staff was really working well together efficiently & accurately.
My food was ready within 10ish minutes which is amazing..and was bagged perfectly. The sauce for the onion rings was there. Not a single thing wrong with order accuracy. You could also tell whoever made the wrap took a Lil time to put it together with some care..I've def had some that just felt thrown together w/ the most minimal effort. Also my wings were perfectly saucy without even asking for extra wet.
I worked at this location quite a while back for 5 years doing to-go & serving. This was one of the best experiences I've had since then. I wish I could tell you my cashiers name to properly shout them out. They had shorter hair & I'm pretty sure some piercings (nose/septum maybe?).    Read moreI don't know what it is about BWW but they always disappoint. I keep trying them because i really like wings but I'm pretty much over it at this point. On my second out of 3 visits to this particular location i sat at my table by the bar a good 10 minutes without a single word from any employee, including the manager who walked by 3 times without a word. The bartender finally asked if I'd been helped and i said no. So she went ahead and took care of me. The manager claimed that he was chit chatting with a vendor and that's why he ignored me. As if it was "vendor sevice " instead of "customer service". If your vendor doesn't understand that your customers should come first, you need a new vendor. The 3rd time i visited i made it a point to sit at the bar where i knew the bartender would take care of me. Mind, all 3 times were right at opening. I ordered my usual 6 wings and queso fries and this time the queso fries came out cold to the touch while the wings were scalding. This tells me that they plated the fries with the queso and they sat until the wings were done then served. I mean basic restaurant procedure is to plate everything at the same time so this doesn't happen. In my opinion these are all management fails. Hope they actually pay attention to these.
