First time in years and was a extremely bad experience, got there with family cuz my boys wanted to try the all you can eat wings. Got in a server told us to sit anywhere (restaurant 80% empty) we got a booth and wait for someone, took server 20 min just to take our drinks order then Another 15 for a server to come and take our food order, 15 min later got 3 of the 4 orders placed 1 was a salad and didn’t get any silverware until we ask for 15 min cuz no server came to see us. I asked about my other that was guacamole and chips and server got me a small side of guacamole and left without saying anything. By the time we got silverware for salad my boy needed more wings and drinks, took them forever to get the order. Long story short in almost 2 hours my boys barely got 16 wings each, a salad and a side of guacamole in a restaurant that had no more than 10 tables full. First and last time than me and my family will get food there. P.s. did got charged for guacamole and chips

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the nastiest, most disorganized location we’ve ever been to regardless of the amount of customers or time of day. Today, we seat ourselves and upon sitting, see an ant in the salt shaker. GROSS. After waiting 10 minutes a server brings our water and there’s half of a dead bug on the water glass??? Insanity. We have worked in several restaurants and you have to put in the effort to be this negligent. Tables and menus were not clean either despite there being maybe 10 other customers at most. Off putting and disturbed by this. If they are this comfortable with uncleanliness where customers CAN SEE, I can’t imagine what’s in the food/kitchen.

Sonia the bartender should not be an employee at this location. She is always in a bad mood, complains to customers about her job, and takes forever to service customers. She served me a sprite without asking my drink order. I told her i wanted a water and a drink menu. She didnt listen to me and gave us a food menu then went to go service another customer. I asked her again for a water and a drink menu, she acknowledged me and still did not bring me a water and a drink menu. The third time my father spoke up for me and she gave me a water and a drink menu finally. HOWEVER, she served me a water with a big Gnat floating in it. I ordered a drink and when she checked my ID she questioned me about it being a fake ID. When she gave me a new water, she brought another sprite with it even though i never requested a sprite. Sonia is a terrible, no good employee that is ruining the reputation of this location.

Message to Store Manager - Get your staff together. You better be hiring a dozen more employees.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to. We moved to this side of town a few years ago and the first time we ate here we told ourselves we weren't coming back. Now when we want BWW, We drive all the way to Nashville West. Here are the reasons:

  1. The service was extremely slow. Whenever we dine in, from the time we get our food, to the time we get our check, we are there for two hours or more.
  2. There seemed to be a lot of disgruntle employees. Either because they don't want to be there, or they don't want to be around their employees because they're making their job harder. (More on that with #3)
  3. We didn't get the right order twice, and then when we did get our order, the burger was cold, wings were soggy, and they messed up the burger along with one of the wings ordered supposed to be boneless. On our first trip, the waiter was visibly upset with the kitchen staff, and apologized. Telling us they were new and have been making mistakes all day.
  4. While waiting, which was around 30 min. We never had refills on our drink and our waiter never showed until she handed us the FIRST wrong order. Then we didn't see her until the second wrong order. Our drinks still haven't been refilled. A Manager had to come out and actually ask us what we ordered, because apparently it disappeared?
  5. Waiting for the check ended up with me getting up and handing my card to the young man at the desk. My kids were getting irritated wanting to go home and so were my wife and I.

So after 1 year, we have decided to give it another shot. It was the EXACT same experience. So we have decided never to go again.

Our third and last attempt was a surprise for my son, because he loves BWW, and because I am a fool for coming here a third time. It was late so we didn't have time to drive over to the one near Bellevue. Again, to no avail, we showed up at 7, and didn't get home till around 9:30, Wings were barely sauced, the burger was wrong, and never had refills.. Unacceptable three times in a row. We are absolutely never coming back.

When we want Buffalo Wild Wings, we drive all the way to Nashville West where we used to live, and eat at the one there. I would give that one 12 stars comparing it to this one.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: You can make it right by hiring more/better staff. That's all it will take. I filled out the provided survey by copying and pasting this review. Please don't bother sending us coupons or 'win us back gifts'. It's a waste of money & resources and is not why I'm leaving this review. It's for...

I came in Saturday night 4/22 around 11ish. I just wanted to get some togo and was already close by. I came in and after a quick sec the cashier came to greet me & take my order. I had a kinda complicated order that gets messed up pretty often (honestly the order is nothing crazy, just changing out the cheese/sauce.)

The cashier was really friendly & ensured me that she'd run back and make sure the cooks understood how she ranv it up. Thankfully for a Saturday night it wasn't too busy and you could tell that the kitchen/FOH staff was really working well together efficiently & accurately.

My food was ready within 10ish minutes which is amazing..and was bagged perfectly. The sauce for the onion rings was there. Not a single thing wrong with order accuracy. You could also tell whoever made the wrap took a Lil time to put it together with some care..I've def had some that just felt thrown together w/ the most minimal effort. Also my wings were perfectly saucy without even asking for extra wet.

I worked at this location quite a while back for 5 years doing to-go & serving. This was one of the best experiences I've had since then. I wish I could tell you my cashiers name to properly shout them out. They had shorter hair & I'm pretty sure some piercings (nose/septum maybe?). I don't know what it is about BWW but they always disappoint. I keep trying them because i really like wings but I'm pretty much over it at this point. On my second out of 3 visits to this particular location i sat at my table by the bar a good 10 minutes without a single word from any employee, including the manager who walked by 3 times without a word. The bartender finally asked if I'd been helped and i said no. So she went ahead and took care of me. The manager claimed that he was chit chatting with a vendor and that's why he ignored me. As if it was "vendor sevice " instead of "customer service". If your vendor doesn't understand that your customers should come first, you need a new vendor. The 3rd time i visited i made it a point to sit at the bar where i knew the bartender would take care of me. Mind, all 3 times were right at opening. I ordered my usual 6 wings and queso fries and this time the queso fries came out cold to the touch while the wings were scalding. This tells me that they plated the fries with the queso and they sat until the wings were done then served. I mean basic restaurant procedure is to plate everything at the same time so this doesn't happen. In my opinion these are all management fails. Hope they actually pay attention to these. Customer service seems to be going down the toilet the last few years and consumers deserve better for...
