The only reason I am not giving this place a one is because our waitress Angelica was phenomenal. The food at this chain is higher than other restaurant with similar food so this is not my issue I know they are more expensive. This is my second time visiting this particular location I prefer the one on Charlotte Pike. Let me break down my hindrance from visiting again. 1: The Honky Tonk Street Taco has the brisket and it is unseasoned compared to the meat of the steak and the chicken. 2. My steak taco did not have the mango salsa as requested the meat was well flavored. 3. The third taco which was the grilled fish was also lacking in seasoning. 4. The corn tortilla is one I get often at other Mexican restaurant and this was by far the worse, so overall I would not recommend ordering street tacos from this chain 5. After the disgust I decided to order the Taco Al Carbon, and the rice was not brought until I was nearly done with my meal. 6. Ants were crawling over the table and I initially believed my eyes were deceiving me, but they were crawling about like guests. 7. When it was brought to the manager’s attention Eva was very apologetic and explained she would refund as we had already paid, she brought me $10. Not wanting to argue we simply left because like I said they weren’t rude just unfortunate this was our experience as we were celebrating my sister’s birthday. I have visited several restaurants within this chain and this happens to be the worst of the ones I have been to. On a brighter note the margaritas were delicious but after seeing the ants I decided not to finish my second one so I basically wasted my...

I see that this place closes at 9:00 pm on Thursday and aparently if it's 8:00 and you come in for a late dinner you get HORRIBLE service.
First of all our waitress had absolutely zero people skills and acted as if we were disturbing her nightly closing duties and was not concerned with serving us like what a "4.1" star restaurant should be doing. "must be employees rating this place".
I can't say the food was disgusting because there was NO FLAVOR whatsoever and the salsa tasted and looked like shrimp cocktail sauce. The portion sizes were very small as well. I was still hungry after my dinner. Finally when we receive our check I find out the waitress charged me $4 for queso that I had no clue was an up charge, especially for such a small bowl. We left feeling hungry, disappointed, and ripped off. When I tell the waitress we were unaware of the up charge she was very rude. I told her she might let her tables know ahead of time seeing as most Mexican food restaurants serve complimentary queso...
Save your money. Chuys has better food and more...

THE FOOD: Great freshness to the vegetables and the avacado. The table salsa could use some punch. It's pretty bland. I should have asked for the better stuff immediately, but most people will like this slightly spiced tomato puree.
THE SERVER had too many tables to provide decent service. We ran out of drink several times and probably spent more than 20 minutes of time waiting for a check that was asked for twice. It wasn't her fault. She was given too many tables, and she was exceptionally pleasant under the circumstances.
THE ENVIRONMENTAL systems in this place do not circulate air well. We were on one of the sides, and it was BAD. Like I wasn't the only one wiping sweat from my forehead and not because of the spice. The ceiling fans were not turned on. I leaned back to the open center of the restaurant where it was easily 10 degrees cooler, and the air was circulating because the ceiling fans were turned on. Before finishing my meal, I was ready to escape the sauna.
Doubtful I...
