We originally tried to order online so we could go pick it up. Kept getting kicked out of the website after getting to the last step payment. So we drove up there at around 6:45pm. We sat in the drive thru with approximately 5 cars in front of us. It took us right at an hour to get thru the drive thru line. It took 25 mins just to get to the speaker. And it was 107° out there. I thought maybe they were short handed but once we got to the window, I knew that wasn't the case. There were at least 5 people inside. The one that took our money stood there the entire time we waited for the food, with his hands in his pocket. Then he didn't even give us any tartar sauce and only 1 spoon and 1 napkin. We ordered 2 meals. He had plenty of time to prepare our extras while he stood there. I know there is a shortage going around but this is unacceptable if Captain D's ever expects to make a profit. Many cars drove off while we waited. An hour in that hot sun wasn't worth it to them. The food tasted great as always but customer service needs improvement. Train better, pay better. All the workers here including the managers are disrespectful, I don’t Know Nia from a can of paint And she was the worst interaction I’ve ever had in my life. My food was extremely cold, ( except the fish, it was cooked to order) but all my sides were cold to the touch, Nia slammed the drive window at me a couple of times, forgot to give me my drink, & threw the tartar sauce at me when I Politely asked her for some. Iam extremely appalled that she works the drive-through and has the most interactions with customers, Nia if you are unhappy with your job you should look elsewhere, you are definitely unfit for the customer service industry. Read moreAll reviews about this location are accurate, though lacking in detail. Not only are they absurdly slow, but our order has been inaccurate with varied levels of severity. The worst has been leaving out a whole add on, with the least being giving us only 11 jumbo shrimp (which are mostly batter anyway but I won't digress too much) instead of the 12 we paid four bucks for. If it's not that, they're "out of" their most basic items like popcorn shrimp or grilled fish lol We only give this location about one maybe two shots a year & ALWAYS spend 15-20 minutes in the drive through only to leave wishing we'd just eaten at home.
