I typically do not share negative reviews particularly for CFA which I've always been a huge fan of. This location though is by far the worst run CFA that I have ever experienced and I've been all over the country and visited more than the average number of CFA restaurants. They have gotten my order wrong on several occasions, I have waited for curbside pickup for over 15 minutes (it would have been faster to go inside or the drive through) and when I received my food this time- my large fry looked like someone had eaten the top half of the box! I am sorely disappointed and will drive farther to visit the location at Charlotte Pike which I've only received accurate and timely results from. I would highly suggest for others to do the same!
I am editing this review two years laterā¦To take it down to one star. I have given this restaurant chances throughout the last two years to redeem themselves and they continually fall short. Customer service is an all time low here. I went through the drive through for a tea and small fry which I had points for on my app. The first server took the fry off but couldnāt figure out how to take the tea offā¦so she takes it to another who promptly takes the tea off and says I need to pay for the fry as itās no longer on my app?? The first server walks away which I had to call her back so she could let the second know that she has already ordered the fry and scanned it off the app. I pull around and the girl at the window is visibly upset rolling her eyes when I tell her that my drink was supposed to be a large. She fixed that mistake and when I didnāt pull away she asked me if I was waiting on somethingā¦the fry I had requested had not even been ordered!!! Altogether the service was crappy with the servers acting like entitled children when they realized they had made a mistake. I did not scold or even correct themā¦just requested what I had ordered. Someone needs to come into this location and train these people to provide service and excellence that is expected of the CFA name. Do better chik fil aā¦because you can. I placed a catering order and was told where to come when I arrived for payment and pickup. I did just that, was the only one standing there. Suit and tie before going into my office. The reason this is mentioned is that a man of color can be dressed to have the best day they can possibly have. And still be over looked when someone walks up past them to get a coffee refill. And get serviced before the person already standing there at least 5-6 mins before you walk up. Before anyone comments, yes two employees made eye contact with me the moment I walked up including the employee that got the coffee refill. I have a gluten allergy. Everytime I try to order a Grilled Chicken Deluxe with cheese on a GF bun, my order is wrong every.single.time.
Sometimes, I get just the chicken & vegetables- no bun & no cheese. Sometimes, I get the bun, plus a fried chicken sandwich. So I can't eat anything at all. Sometimes, I get the bun, the grilled chicken, but no cheese. This happens whether I order in the drive through line or via Uber.
I get that the work is hard, but the food is not cheap. The gluten free alternatives are even more expensive. Being able to eat a quick meal when my blood sugar drops for health reasons shouldn't be this difficult.
It really makes me feel like the staff & CFA believes that I am less than a person whose money isn't worth the time & effort to ensure that I at least have a decent meal in the middle of the day.
Very disappointed with this locations lack of care with food...
