I placed an order via online, and shortly after, I received a call from the store advising, we don’t deliver to your address (complex). I asked, is this new because I just order less than a month ago, and I didn’t have any problems. The gentlemen says, no. Whoever delivered there wasn’t supposed to. He continues to tell me, well if, you want it l, the you can pick it up(tone and irritation) . I reframed from being rude, and advised, had I chosen carry out that wouldn’t be a problem, and I requested a refund. He states, it’ll be 3-5 business days for a refund. I left the call there.
I called back because it didn’t sit well with me. I asked to speak with the manager, and I explained the situation. I asked, why doesn’t the online system notify the customer prior to placing an order, as Domino’s is updated technology company, I assumed. He advises, well it’s a whole company name, but it doesn’t address franchise decisions. I asked, how is that fair to the customer if, you choose to use the system you should update it accordingly. He says, well I’m only covering for this store tonight, as I don’t work work here generally.
I understand he called, but I didn’t like the customer services. I am a bit upset, but even after, trying to process the situation, I didn’t like the customer aspect. I can say, the time before when the food was delivered it was good. So, I’m not taking that away. I would just preferred a better experience...
Read moreI called this location on vacation with my family to Nashville! We drove more than 8 hours to get to our RESORT ( this is not considered a hotel, apparently they don't know the difference). The young lady who answered spoke so quick you couldn't even understand her name. Then she stated we don't delivery to NO hotel with a sassy attitude ( As if I was a bother asking a simple) Then put on a manager that stated the same and said resort and hotel are the same thing. No sweetheart they really aren't. Anywho, They were not very helpful heard side talk in the back ground of them talking about me asking if they deliver here. As if I was the joke of the night. It was very unprofessional, so I said well thank you bye and hung up! What kind of pizza delivery place does not deliver to resorts, but deliver to homes? When quite frankly they are similar HA! My question is do they really not deliver or are they just to lazy to deliver? Also, after looking at these reviews I see this location needs to undergo new management! I will be reporting...
Read moreI had an awful experience at the Domino's on Gallatin Pike. Ordered online for delivery. The delivery driver (which was great) showed up with half of the order. He then went back to the store to get the rest of the order, which at this point is borderline irrelevant. The delivery driver showed back up with the rest of my order and it was wrong. Not only was it wrong, it was terrible. The Apple PECAN salad had TWO pecans on the whole thing. It was pre-packaged, if I wanted that I would've stopped at a thrift shop at BNA. I called the store, politely asking if they could substitute that salad for something different. The employee then said rudely, that he could send the same salad back, but correct this time, after I had just stated that I didn't enjoy the salad.
