Stopped in for the first time (which will be the last time) because I wanted some local ice cream. It’s extremely overpriced two scoops of ice cream cost $11 when you can go to the Kroger right next-door and get just about three buckets of ice cream for the same price (10 times the amount of ice cream for the same price) and it’s sad to say but the store bought ice cream actually taste better than Hattie Jane’s. Their chocolate ice cream taste like chocolate powder mix with vanilla ice cream, and there is absolutely nowhere to sit inside. Almost every bite of ice cream I had had ice in it. I ate it because it was expensive, but in hindsight I wish I would have not...
Read moreMy friend and I wanted something local. We went to an ice cream shop before Hattie Jane’s and they were just serving Blue Bell. I’m so glad to say that Hattie Jane’s did not disappoint us ! I had their seasonal flavor, sweet corn with blackberry jam. Don’t knock it till you try it. They offer samples ! My second scoop was their honeycomb and trust me, it was super good. My friend regretted not getting it. She had two of their seasonal flavors, the same sweet corn with blackberry jam as me and her second scoop was their lavender. The lavender was great as well. Will love to come back when in the area to try their other flavors and see...
