Hugh-Baby's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

First, let me say I really like Hugh-Baby’s the have the best burgers. However, my experience at the Main St was very unpleasant. I stood at the window waiting while the worker did other things. I thought maybe someone else was going to come and take my order because she saw me standing there. She eventually came to the window and took my order, I was surprised that she was the one covering the order since she just watched me stand at the order window. When she gave me my milkshake, it had food crumbs and seasoning all around the cup. I had to give it back to her and asked her to wipe off the cup. Once my food was ready, She gave me my bag. I looked inside and said can I have some ketchup? She gave me 2 ketchup packets and closed the window before I could ask her for two more she closed the window. So I knocked on the window and again she continued to do whatever she was doing just seconds after she walked away, not acknowledging me knocking at the window. I knocked three times before she came back to the window, but she looked up and saw me standing there. She was very rude!! This happened August 13 around 4:45 PM just in case someone wants to address it because I didn’t get her name. Life is hard it cost...

I had decent hopes for this place as I’m visiting the city for a couple of days, and it was one of the first ones to pop up. I ordered delivery so I can’t attest to customer service or the actual location space or staffing. I ordered the chili fries (emphasis on the chili) and a chicken burger. Price wise the food was accurately priced. Taste wise left a lot to be desired and I felt like I was eating a lot of grease. I ordered additional condiments that didn’t come with the order as well. Really high quality quick burger place. On Fridays, they have a "slug burger" (no slugs involved), which is a depression era sandwich, almost like a corn dog and a burger had a baby. Staff is always warm and polite. Awesome milkshakes. This is the cheapest and best lunch option in the area. I just ate there and if someone was like "hey man do you want to go get a burger at Hugh Baby's?" I would not say "no, I just ate there", instead I would say "okay" and go eat another delicious cheeseburger, because...
