Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

My husband and I came here on a date night. I work for Postmates, and on one of my runs, I had a stop at Jeni's Ice Cream. When I walked in, it smelled so beautiful like sparkling sugar and vanilla. I knew that it was a must for a date with my hubby since he is an avid ice cream fan.

Weeks later, my husband and I were in desperate need of couple time and decided to plan this great date. I told him about this incredible ice cream shop that we just had to try on our evening out.

I was so excited when we walked in smelling the heavenly aroma floating in the air. My eyes sparkled like a kid at Christmas because I couldn't wait to see my husband's reaction.

The line was much shorter than my previous run for work, but that just had us both more excited.

The staff explained how the ice cream is made with the finest ingredients and is fair trade only products. Their entire purpose is to bring joy to others while creating delicious ice cream sustainably.

We sampled some of the delicious flavors deciding on half scoops of honey vanilla, coffee with cream and sugar, and our final flavor was salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks.

It was definitely some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Creamy, decadent and delicious. It's everything you want in high quality ice cream.

And with biodegradable bowls and spoons, you can eat your delicious treat while leaving the world a better place. More restaurants need to follow suit with this ingenious company!

This is a must stop for all ice...

People with health issues and allergies- if I had known how chill this place was during the pandemic I would have started coming back here way earlier. They are serious about keeping their employees and customers safe. Only three groups of people are allowed in at a time, masks are required, and you follow a specific path in one door and out another. No indoor dining, only to go. Also I’ve always had a good experience with them and my allergies. They know what’s in their ice cream. It’s not a mystery. They have ingredient lists. You can get an allergy scoop if necessary. They have fewer flavors right now but still dairy free for those who need that, and a few grain (including corn) free flavors for people like me. (You’d have to ask them for ingredient lists of their dairy free if you need both that and grain free. I’m good with dairy so I don’t know if they have that, although it looks like they should as they are good about not adding unnecessary ingredients and none of their dairy free flavors are like, cake or cookie anything.) Obviously TELL them if you have an allergy before ordering. Always tell first. They are chill it’s okay. This is the first time I’ve gotten food to go since March and I felt perfectly fine doing so despite the years of serious issues I had after my last severe lung illness. 10/10 would do again. Wish I lived out here in East Nashville. People seem like good humans here....

We stopped into this incredible ice cream parlor recently while vacationing in Nashville🧡

The space is very clean very white and very inviting. They have a ton of ice cream flavors to choose from certainly something to please everyone!

The staff was extremely gracious, friendly and helpful. If you can’t decide, simply ask, they will help you make a decision.

We ended up going back to other days while on vacation because this was so delicious.

Normally, I am not a huge ice cream person but when it comes to this brand it has changed me. Wow just wow.🧡

Out of all the flavors we tried my favorite is the lemon, simply mouthwatering and delectable.

good news they also offer an online service and you can have this simply delivered to your door, but I’ve also noticed they now sell it at some select grocery stores - ahhh bonus!!
