I had ordered through Uber Eats, which I will never do going forward, and the 1st driver sent a message saying someone else must've picked my order up. Then I get a message that they (Uber)are sending a different driver. At this point I gave the restaurant a call only to find out they never received an order for me through Uber. Michael was extremely helpful in taking my order over the phone in order to have it ready for the 2nd Uber driver to pick up. While on the phone with Michael (the Jet's manager) I received a message from Uber that their driver had cancelled my order. I then called the restaurant back to inform him that Uber had cancelled my order all together with Jet's. Since my food was just coming out of the oven Michael offered to place the order for me to have it delivered to me. He offered me discounts on the food , a discount for being a wounded Veteran and thanked me for my service. He was very kind, patient, generous, and understanding of the whole debacle I had gone through in dealing with Uber. I appreciate everything that Michael did for me to make things right. I used to work in the restaurant industry and because of it I have higher expectations than most people. Michael not only met those expectations but surpassed them. The owners of this Jet's pizza location better hold on to this guy. Note to the Owners: I have read a review suggesting that you are using out of date or tainted food. I am hoping this is not true. Read moreThese guys have no idea what they are doing. They have a receipt with the name of the order on every pizza and still mess things up. I was shown my pizzas and was told I had 5 minute wait so they could make a salad fresh. In the next 5-10 minutes our order was given away. Ten more minutes went by before they told me the pizza was gone. I was then informed I would get 25 percent off for the order that was given away. Ok we have already waited 45 minutes what's 15 more.... It has now been an hour and 15 minutes and we are just now leaving the store. The guy was nice at the register but clearly certain employees should not be allowed to handle orders. Even after getting the order it was still incorrect but we cut our losses and left. Read moreI did a takeout order tonight and the conditions that these employees are working in feels like a sauna. I couldn’t even stay in the store to wait on my pizza. It was so hot. It felt like over 100°. I’ll be calling the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable for any human to work in these conditions with it being summertime.. The employees apologized and said that it should be fixed by tomorrow, but the owner needs to take accountability. People can have a heat stroke and pass out, and that’s no way to work… I felt so bad for the employee Michael and Katie.
