I was extremely surprised to get a call from the store manager a less than a week after I posted the review below ⬠He called and personally Apologized to me and offered me a free meal. He was extremely pleasant! Gives me hope in humanity! Very pleased with how they handled this situation. I would definitely recommend choosing this location.
I am rating this location with one star because of the absolute rude delivery driver that just delivered my sandwich. Keep in mind, this was my first time ordering with this location.
First off, I am a single mother to an 8 month old baby on the 3rd floor which is why I chose delivery. When I opened my sandwich there was an item missing that I payed 1.60 for. I called back and said I didn't want them going out or their way, but could I just get the 1.60 back on my card. That wasn't an option with their computer system which I understand. I had 2 options. have them delete the entire order including the tip that I gave to the driver which was 3.00 on 12.00 Or 2. They bring me another sandwich.
So I asked them in that case to bring me a sandwich. ( otherwise the driver wouldn't have got his tip)
When the driver showed up I opened the door and said, "wow that was fast! Thank you so much." And the driver basically tossed the sandwich to me, not making eye contact, didnt say a word, and walked away before I even shut my door.
Now with that being said, I understand you have several deliveries to run, but that gives you no right to treat me poorly when it was your company that made the mistake.
I have been in the restaurant industry for 10 years. I just spent the last 2 years working in the shittiest of bars in the most fast paced high volume restaurant/ bar on broadway in downtown nashville. I get needing to work fast and dealing with people who just want free food. But In this case, I actually just wanted my dollar back because times are tough and I didn't get my bacon on the vegetarian sandwich I ordered!!!

Today I asked for a giant sandwich with all the freebies, xtra hot peppers, and xtra XTRA PICKLES. I enunciated it very clearly. I checked it before I left, Andāonce againāthere were ZERO pickles on the sandwich. And half of the sandwich had no peppers on it at all.
I brought it back, told him I checked it because they so consistently get it wrong, and that I ordered it with xtra XTRA pickles. I said, āCan you put a whole bunch of pickles on there for me?ā He walked over to the toppings, grabbed some pickles, andāwithout so much as a āsorry about thatāāput FIVE pickles on each half of the giant sandwich I ordered. Five. Iām pretty sure that four is normal. Without an apology, he pushed the sandwiches toward me.
At this point, it feels intentional. I am a REGULAR customer. I buy these sandwiches for me and my family on a regular basis.
