Kroger Deli — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The entire staff excluding the meat dept is lacking customer service. The Deli person couldn't hear my order because she wore ear plugs listening to music. I walked past one of the managers and wasn't greeted so it's a no brainer that a the staff would be lazy and incapable of a simple hello. I must conclude and say everytime I walk in the meat dept I am greeted with a hello or asked if I need assistance. That should be something the whole store should do. My experience was not good at all my meat wad not cut as it should have been so it ended up in small pieces instead of slices and my cheese that i had cut wad not correct either and the deli person kept messing up so she kept throwing away meat and cheese...

Negative points for this Kroger, dirty, small, bathrooms disgusting, no TP in only stall that functioned, smelly store. Preston in self checkout is only reason there is a star. He is a gem and...
