I really hate having to leave a review like this, but this location is doomed unless there is some serious retraining and management attention. Heres a list of the failures we experienced.
We were never greeted. We were stared at by the male greeter as if he was wondering why we were there and had to ask for ourselves if there was a table for 2.
The only employ we saw smile the entire time we were there was Brian(a manager), but he wasnt managing, he was cooking, and only popped out briefly one time.
There was no identifiable manager overseeing the floor. Nobody setting the mood tone or work pace or checking on customer experiences.
We heard multiple employees complaining about the work conditions.
It was not clear why we or any of the customers were told there would be a 30 minute wait when there were obviously multiple tables available. It was never suggested that we could sit at the bar to eat to avoid the wait. We took it upon ourselves to make that happen. We guessed they were short on wait staff and didn't want to seat tables they felt they couldn't serve?
I had the 22 oz ribeye that looked no bigger than a 16oz that I've eaten other places. The quality was not what you'd expect for 29$. Blah at best.
My salad never came and I had to ask for it after my main course arrived.
The Caeser salad I got was swimming in dressing. I was hoping to have some fresh lettuce complimented by dressing, as opposed to dressing with soggy lettuce soaked in it.
PLEASE put a peice of salmon with mixed vegetables on a plate and look at it. Does that sad picture look yummy to you? Does it look like something you would pay for if you knew in advance what it would look like when you got it? My daughter looked up at me with disappointment when that pathetic plate was flopped down in front of her. I asked her if she wanted something else, but being the kind soul she is, she declined.
We were never once asked if we enjoyed our meal. My sense is they knew the answer and either didn't care or were worried what we might say.
We were never thanked for coming while leaving. From our waiter, to the unsmiling male host with zero personality at the door, nobody was concerned about our experience.
We left a tip with ample opportunity for the server to thank us, but couldnt get a smile.
The bathroom had urine on the floors under the urinals and smelled like it.
The disgruntled attitudes amongst the staff seemed be a result of a lack of leadership.
The fact that you don't respond to negative reviews is consistent with the service your customers got last night.
Suggestions:
At prime time on a Saturday evening, you must have a manager on duty who isn't doing other tasks. A person who is smiling and setting the tone and pace for the team while assuring customer experiences are up to standards. If there was someone doing this, they failed miserably and need extensive coaching and retraining.
Look at the food you are serving. Use common sense. If it looks unappealing, fix it or inform management that Outback must do better.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointing overall experience. We checked in online as being a Sunday around noon we anticipated it might be busy. So we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and were seated immediately, but unfortunately it went down hill from there. We had a toddler with us. The waitress came and placed a stack of plates directly in front of him (not a big deal as we were watching and moved them immediately). We ordered our drinks and they came out pretty quickly. We then asked if prime rib was available and were told that only medium or medium well was available so two of us changed our orders to something else, again no big deal. At this point we have been seated for about 25 min., and no bread has been brought out and nothing was said about there being a any delays in the kitchen. We asked about the bread and waitress stated it was coming it was still in the oven. About 15 min later barely warm bread was dropped by our table. Now keep on mind the restaurant was not that busy. There were probably 7 tables in the whole place, though one was a larger party of like 8 or so. At the one hour mark from when we were seated the table across from us received their burgers (they came in after us and we did have 3 of of us so again we were like okay maybe our food just takes a little longer to cook). An hour and a half after we were seated the waitress comes back by and states our food should be right out, and sure enough within another 10 minutes it arrives. The prime rib dinner ordered was the classic, they brought out a pan seared prime rib instead. When cut into it was clearly rare to medium rare, which you'll remember they said they didn't have, but otherwise it was good. I ordered the blooming fried chicken, and it was unfortunately terrible. It was clear it had been cooked and then left to sit on the warmer way too long. It was so dry and hard that most of it was not edible. At this point I ate my sides (sweet potatoes and broccoli). We were not about to send anything back due to the amount of time we had already spent waiting. It took another 20 min or after we were done to get the check. The service was also just mediocre at best. Waitress was extremely nonchalant and seemed like she couldn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is consistently lacking in service, attention to customers, and food quality. After this last visit, it will definitely be the last time... no more hoping for a better experience... it just isn't worth the frustration.
Waited around 45 minutes for a table, but on a Saturday night that's to be expected. After being seated, we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally after about 10 minutes the waitress showed up, introduced herself, and gave us some bread and plates, which appeared to be an attempt to cover the fact that she hasn't been to our table already. She asked for our drink choices, which we gave her, but also asked for water immediately. We also ordered an appetizer and went ahead and gave her our meal order since we had sat there so long. Again we waited, and waited, and waited. We could see the drinks were finally made at the bar, but they sat there, like us at the table. One of our party finally got up to see where the waitress was and to get our water. She said she would get it and seemed a little offended that we had to go look for her. And still we waited. She went to the bar and asked the bartender to get the water, then changed her mind and said she would get it, then went away again... no drinks delivered (they were now melting on ther bar) and still no water. After waiting a little longer, we finally just got up and left. I guess we should be glad we even got the bread. I'm sure not all servers at this location are this level of bad, but sadly, this service happens frequently there. Another time, my two friends got their meals and mine never came. By the time the waiter came to check up on things, they were finished eating and I still had no food. They offered to make it to take home but what's the point... we had gone out to have a meal together. And being compensated for the meal, though it was a nice gesture, didn't change the event. Sadly, there are more cases like this, but I won't bother writing them here. Good luck if you go here. I hope you have better experiences than we...
