I'm obsessed with the steak, egg, cheese bagel, but I've given up on it as this location is apparently incapable of putting the ingredients on the bagel successfully. It's always screwed up...missing seasoning, missing sauce, onions present when I order without onions, etc. They got it right ONCE, in six orders and it was heaven, but far more often it's just disappointment. So this morning, I order a sausage egg cheese biscuit. I mean, how can you screw that up, right? Well they managed. I was there very early. Note to McDonalds team...when you try to REUSE leftover biscuits from prior day and reheat them, the outer edge of the biscuit turns to CEMENT, hard as a rock and inedible. Throw them out, don't use them on customers the next day! Honestly, do you think customers do not notice these things?? I'm paying money to buy your products and I don't want inedible ingredients utilized! PS - I agree with other review...fire the Indian lady in the pickup window. She loves to argue and treat customers like they're some sort of thief when you are fighting to get the right things for your order. She is consistently rude and inept. Put her in the back making fries or something, she should not be interacting...

I had a car run through at about 40 to try to just beat me to the line and of course i let him because he would have hit me otherwise. So I rolled down my window and called him a name. Thats it. I didn't get out of my car or do anything to anyone, just that and then I was ready to order. The person on the mic apparently heard me say that and actually called the sheriff. For calling someone a name. i didn't treat anyone badly and he seriously almost took my car out from speeding through the lot. I go there almost every day for a drink as it's one mile from my home. I won't be going there anymore. They put a customer's livelihood in jeopardy for calling someone a name and perpetuating the culture of right now stating customers are deserving it. I didn't deserve to have the workers do this and I feel like most are just waiting for this kind of action so they can jump in. AND DONT GO INSIDE, they won't wait on you. You will stand there for a while, even with door dash. They also ask you to confirm a pickup before you actually even have the meal, which is a big NO NO. Read moreNot a big fan of this location! Did not want to wait on you at the counter, a gray haired man came over to "new order stations" (KIOSK)to show me how to use the kiosk. Really, I work at an computer ALL DAY I know how to use a kiosk! Then it occured to me, NO ONE BUT THE GRAY HAIRED MAN SPOKE ENGLISH!!!! I do not have a prejudice bone in my body, I work at an Elementary School and most of our population is foreign, all types of nationalities. However, we are teaching them the ENGLISH language. Please have your employees learn English! What is wrong with being able to walk up to a counter and ordering a hamburger, fries, and drink. Pamper me please I am paying to be waited on....jeez. If everyone is wanting to come to America by all means Come On. Just learn the language please!!! Those kiosk are the pits! My order was WRONG.
