This was by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I tried to give grace because I really do believe the gentleman at the drive through was new, but why put someone new on training in the drive through during your dinner rush. I was a Guest Services Manager for years and that was taught as basic shift management. However, the order taker didn't know the specials to be able to take my order properly, the wait was a total of 27 minutes for nuggets, fries, and three drinks, and the expeditor didn't know what he needed to pass out or what anything was. He asked us what we order and then proceeded to look around the counter (the box was in front of him), until someone came and show it to him. He handed the food and then said good bye. I told him we haven't received our drinks yet (we had Iced Peppermint Mochas) and and he tried to hand us an iced coffee. Told him it was the wrong one, he huffed and went back and got the drinks one at a time (they were made incorrect which wasn't his fault). I then told him that I still needed my soft drink, he asked what size and I told him a medium (don't all meals come with a medium?). He proceeds to look through the sea of drinks he has infront of him and hand me a small drink. I had also told him I was missing the honey mustard for the nuggets, so as soon as he handed me the drink he went back for the sauce before I could tell him it was the wrong size. He came back with two packs of barbecue sauce, and I told him no Honey Mustard and that the drink was the wrong size. He looked back in the sea of drinks and found the medium, took the small back (I guarantee you that is going to someone else) and then handed me a Medium that was clearly sitting there a while. He then return with the honey mustard and handed to me in frustration. By then I was so upset that I decided to just leave and take it up with management in the morning. Once I was gone I realized the Iced Mochas were the wrong size! Never going back except to...
Read moreI can't believe I am rating a McDonald's on the internet, but this one is horrific. It's near my work, and occasionally I will swing by there in the mornings if I otherwise skipped breakfast. To quote a great Fleetwood Mac song, I'm "never going back again."
I can't remember a time they ever got my order right. The last 3 visits (over three months or so) are as follows:
Ordered an egg white delight and a chocolate milk. Argue with person in drive thru who insists I said "large sweet tea" instead of chocolate milk. Get to work and see they've given me a dry biscuit with a torn piece of bacon in it. Order hotcakes and bacon. No fork, butter, or syrup given. Order an Egg McMuffin and chocolate milk. First alarm bell goes off when they don't give me my total until I get up to the window and it's almost $7. I repeat my order to her before I give her the $ and then she tells me it's $4 something. I hand over the money, and as I go to second window to get my food, I look at the receipt and see they added a hashbrown and upcharged me for getting milk instead of a soft drink. At the second window, the woman says "egg mcmuffin and hashbrown?" I hold up my receipt and try to explain what I ordered vs what is on the receipt. She blinks at me as if she doesn't comprehend, and slowly removes the hashbrown from the bag and sets it aside. I tell her "well, I paid for it already, I'm just trying to explain I didn't order it in the first place." She thrust the bag at me, hashbrownless, then closes the window and turns away. My sandwich was cold.
I am not sure if the problem is the newish dual drive thru, or the language barrier (none of the employees seem to speak English as a first language), or if the underlying theme of the store is "upcharge and then pretend not to understand, no one has time to argue about two dollars in a drive thru!" All I know is I'm officially done with them... McDonald's barely qualifies as "food" anyway, so I'm better off. But stay away...
Read moreI came through the drive-through around 12 AM August 5, 2023. I usually use my mobile app to add discounts to my food. Somehow it was taking a little longer to load for my discount code and so I let the lady who took my order know that, and she grunted very rudely, once I got to the cashier to pay, I was treated with highly rude manner and it looked like she was talking about me to her other coworkers loudly. I then try to brushoff and be respectful to her. I proceed to the second window to get my food and it look like nobody wanted to hand me my order, even though it was ready, so I found that a little suspicious once I got home to eat my food . I found a clump of hair in it, that it is obvious someone purposely put it in my food. I’m absolutely disgusted and surprised on what goes on in the minds of these people that is blatantly disrespectful, and I do not recommend anyone absolutely anyone to eat from this restaurant! I am in shock, and in a loss of words, and in disbelief, I will proceed to press charges. I just wanted to go ahead and inform everyone because I believe whoever eats in that restaurant should have a right to know. Glad they...
