I have been to this Papa Johns twice and the night time manager us young & has the worst attitude which makes the worst customer service...he lets you know your business is better else where...i order wings at 8:10pm well done he said they would be ready in 15 to 20 mins i arrived at 835pm and tasted my wings & they were warm not hot i took them back to the store got there at 846pm at 850pm the manager said that my wings should be warm because I took too long to pick them up....smh the time math didn't make since to me...the worst store in Nashville. One of my boxes of wing had another name scratched out & my name handwritten like it was made for someone else's order. I only wanted my wings ran back through the oven & one of the helpful young ladies said we will make it fresh & he went crazy talking about it cost the store money & it was my fault..but i honestly think that the health department do not allow food that leaves the store to be put back in the kitchen for recooking. I work for the department of health so that information will not be hard to find out. I also order during that holidays & my son was ordered online & we needed to add to the order so we called it in & they were going to charge us 2 delivery charges for adding to the order in less than 5 mins & then i ordered a medium thin crust only to find out thin crust only come in large after i received my food...called to tell the manager didn't want anything just making him aware same manager got on the phone fussing & about to send more pizza to the house & i ask him to calm down because i was just making him aware & i didnt want...
Read moreAfter placing my order online 1 hour and 30 minutes later NO pizza so I called Josh at the store and he stated he only has 1 driver bit he's close to me. Driver showed up without my drink and stated.he will run to the closes store and pick me one up. 40 minutes later NO drink so I called the store again and Josh stated he didn't know he left the drink off. I told him to come pick up the pizza and refund my credit card, at first he said he couldn't do that but after a few minutes he said he will send another driver to pick the pizza up mind you they he stated earier that he only had 1 driver. The first driver went back to the store and pick up more orders before he was going to drop my drink off, he said he lives close to me and was going to drop it off on his way home Now it's been 30 minutes and no one has came by to pick up the pizza. It's late and I'm going to sleep. Your pizza will be on the front porch Josh!! Don't forget to refund my credit...
Read moreI ordered a pizza last night. They said it would be about 35 minutes. After an hour went by I called them to check on my order. It was a call center in the Philippines. They were also very rude. They would transfer my to the store but the phone would ring about 5 minutes then hang up. I asked for a supervisor. I was refused to be able to speak to a supervisor at this call center over seas. This went on for over an hour. Then they refused to let me talk to a supervisor and and said they dont have a corporate number for me to call. No one told me this but due to the virus they just put your pizza on the porch without knocking so my pizza sat out in the cold. If when I called the local number to the local store I should've been in immediate contact with that local store I might had gotten better service. So far they still haven't refunded my money.
