Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Let me just start by saying I have eaten at a subway franchise probably nearly 3000 times in my life and briefly worked at one. I moved next to this one about 2 weeks ago and have been there 5/6 times. Only 1 time have they had provolone cheese. The husband and wife who own the place will choke the heck out of the mayo bottle, until your sandwich looks like a catholic school boy after a weekend retreat. The steak is extra chewy. The only thing this location has going for it is the fresh veggies (except the pickles, they let those sit too long). Overall a pretty sub par subway. I’d be ashamed to call myself a “sandwich artist” there. Lucky I live 3 blocks away or they’re be black listed.

Update: Went back again today and this is officially the last. Walked in the door and the owner is just raw doggin cut green peppers (no gloves) as he restocks them. Then has the audacity to just throw on some sanitizer on his hands instead of washing them before touching my sandwich. Finally, they tried charging for double meat and when I noticed on the receipt and asked for a refund he handed me $3 cash, yes the charge for double meat, but didn’t include the extra tax I paid. Thank god he must’ve seen the last one around because at least my sandwich didn’t look like the catholic school boy again after he tossed on the mayo. So I sent my daughter (22) and son (13) here today (5/18/22) to get subs for dinner. I gave my daughter $50. Cause she had coupons which should have been more than enough money along with the coupons. The total was over $62 and she didn't have enough. After scrounging around in the car she came up with $58. The person working behind the counter told them not to work about the rest and even gave my son cookie. I was so embarrassed. Needless to say when they came home and told me about what happened, I had my daughter take me back to make sure it was the correct person. It was Kiran Patel. I gave him back the money that my children were short and an extra tip for himself. Placed a pick up order on the app and picked it up. As soon as I got home realized this was not what I ordered. So I drove back to the subway to resolve the issue. I get back and told the the Indian couple who I assume owns the place that my order is wrong and asked if they could remake it. Apparently the bread i wanted they were out of. But i look to my right a there was lady ordering and her order literally had the bread I wanted. So i just ask the guy for a refund because I’m not going to eat something I don’t want to and then he starts to get aggressive with me. He argued with me for about 5 minutes before snatching the bag of sandwiches out my hand and giving me a refund. 0/10 do not give these people your money horrible service afraid if i go back they will spit in my food.
