This was my 1st, and certainly last, time visiting this location. I ordered a pizza, a small order of wings, and an order of mozzerella sticks. I got a text and email saying my food would be ready at about 7:12pm. I arrived at 7:15pm and walked inside to get my order. After several minutes of standing there awkwardly as multiple employees walked by without saying hi or asking how they could help me, i went back outside to use the drive through. After another several minutes there, a guy finally came to the window to ask what I needed. I said I had an online order and gave him my name. After ANOTHER five minutes or so, after seeing employees walking around aimlessly inside, the same guy came back to the window to ask what I needed. It was nearly 7:30pm at this point. I told the guy my name and asked where my food was. He said it would be two more minutes and walked away. At 7:35, i finally got my food and was sent away without even a thank you or apology for the massive delay. The food is ok, though not nearly good enough to make up for very poor customer service. Also, I ordered a NY style pizza, and it was cut into squares. Who cuts NY style pizza into squares?!? If you want pizza from a place that doesn't care one bit about customers, this is your place.

We ordered an order of mushrooms and a 12" pizza. Location is overpriced but I assume it is because of Opry location high rent. I'd like more than 8 mushrooms for that cost but it is what it is (hand for size reference). We placed the order online and chose the location because the almost reasonable wait time of 40 minutes at dinner time. Order came after 9 calls and 57 minutes after listed as delivered. Mind you our hotel was 6minutes away and the only reason I didn't go get it was a sleeping newborn. Pizza was pretty basic and bland while the mushrooms had to have been found in the grocery store freezer aisle, no way they were handmade. Order waa supposed to come with a side of ranch but that item was a no show. If you're in the area and picking up with time to kill, it might be a mediocre option. If you're ordering delivery, I would trust the wait time as much as Elvis coming back. Several better tasting pizzas in the Nashville area. Hate to bash any businesses with the climate today but the lack of care about the extra time and the quality of product for the price has me shocked the location still exists as is.

Just ordered a pizza (hand tossed pepperoni and ham ) and some wings (lemon pepper) and it was all very good. The pizza was not greasy at all and they are not stingy with the cheese. The sauce had a good taste and they add just the right amount so its not too saucy. Its really nice and clean inside so dining in would actually be a good option. No complaints but I do have 1 suggestion for the owner, get a neon "open" sign so its much easier to see that you guys are open When you are inside its well lit but from the outside, specially driving by, it looks closed. I think you may be missing some extra sales from that. Other than that I cannot wait to try them again.

We ordered from Till 5 pizza last night at 8PM. Waited 2 hours (because we knew they were probably slammed with orders + the weather makes it a bit more difficult). At 10 I called them and she said our food had not been made yet. 2 hours later at midnight I called again and was on hold for 40 minutes. Once I got through she told me our food was made, but had not been picked up by one of their drivers yet (they use their own drivers). Around 1 I attempted to call them to let them know that I couldn't wait any longer, and would be going to bed. No one would answer so I fell asleep. Then around 230 in the morning someone bangs on our door. I wake up my hubby and he grabs the food. He immediately realizes that THIS is not our food. This is someone elses food. Not a single item I ordered was in this order... He ran out the door, and told the driver that was someone elses order, but the driver just said "Busy sorry!", and walked away. I called him myself (since I had his number from him calling while knocking) and told him on the phone "this is not our order, this is someone elses food". He then proceeds to tell me that "they changed your food because they were busy". I told him I didn't want this order, it was not mine, but he just said "no, busy sorry". I then spent all morning calling and calling them, and no one ever answered. I had to call one of their sister locations (downtown) to get someone to answer, and finally spoke to a person that was helpful. He says he's going to put in our order, but "doesn't know when it will arrive". I doubt it ever will arrive to be honest. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Do not waste your time or money ordering from the location on Music...

Made the mistake of ordering from this place because it was right down the road from the Fairfield Inn I was staying at. I called and ordered a cheese and a pepperoni for delivery. The lady said 45 mins and that they would call when they were pulling up to meet me in the lobby. She read my number from the caller ID. Well about 40 minutes pass and I go to the lobby. Another 20 and nothing. I call back and the "manager" asks why I did not meet the driver or answer the phone when they called me fifty times. He even said he had the hotel call my room and no one answered (even though my wife was still in there). He calls me a liar when I say I do not have any missed calls and that I have been in the lobby for 20 minutes. He does offer to redeliver my pizza personally. So he shows up a few moments later with an attitude and tries to accuse me of lying again. With him standing there, I ask the night clerk if anyone came to deliver pizza and if they called my room. She verified that no one had been in and she was the only one there so she knows no one called my room. I showed this moron my phone history, no missed calls. He still refuses to believe that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and accused me of giving them the wrong number and lying. Avoid this trashy place with their trashy manager at all costs. A simple "I'm sorry, we messed up" is all it would have taken to fix the issue and instead he calls me and the night clerk a liar to our faces. We did not even eat the pizza because he looked like the kind of troll that would spit in your food. Waste of my...

So originally from New England and pizza is our thing, I now live in Florida and it's been a real task to find decent pizza. I called Till 5 because I saw that they make a White pizza and you can even have it as a calzone. Up on talking to the person who answered I was certain she had no clue what went on in the kitchen, which is ok sometimes the people who take the orders don't. However I wanted to make sure I was getting what I asked for, so I went down there because I hate sending food back just as much as I dislike paying for horrible pizza. End result I ordered a bacon pizza and a white pizza style calzone w pepperoni. The bacon wasn't the traditional it was Canadian bacon however it was good ( my very picky OCD 9yr old ate it without hesitation). For the calzone, I did have to tweak the ingredients a little bit because not everybody's idea of a white pizza is what I know it to be. The guy taking my order was very accommodating he said we'll make it however you want it . So I added garlic Parmesan butter inside with ricotta cheese, mozzarella and pepperoni... I was thoroughly impressed not only did the ingredients taste amazing but the dough was delicious too....I will definitely order this again, my son at half of mine..lol... The only reason why I didn't give it a full five stars it's because I had to go down there due to the person on the phone...
