The conservatory at the Gaylord Opryland exceeded all expectations with its breathtaking beauty and meticulously maintained environment. The abundance of mature plants created a lush and vibrant atmosphere that was truly captivating. I thoroughly enjoyed my time exploring this botanical wonderland, and I couldn't help but imagine how perfect it would be as a wedding venue, surrounded by such natural splendor. The fountains added an extra touch of grandeur, their displays leaving me in awe. The conservatory showcased a remarkable variety of orchids, tropical plants, and seasonal blooms, making each visit a unique experience. The presence of lush ferns added a touch of elegance and tranquility to the overall ambiance. It was truly a delightful and memorable experience in the midst of nature's beauty.

We only visited but had lunch at the Fuse Bar and Grill and did the boat tour. The Fuse had great food. With 6 people ordering and everyone something different, nobody had any complaints. Prices are what you would expect for dinning at a Gaylord. There were multiple other options for dinning too, where you can also get your parking ticket validated with a food purchase to get free parking. We really enjoyed the boat tour, learned a few things about the Opry we wouldn't have know otherwise by taking this tour. And they take a picture of your group which can be purchased after the ride is over. It truly is a beautiful hotel! Worth the visit.

The room was nice, and my mom and son had a lovely time celebrating her birthday. I do wish they’d added a small birthday touch since I booked the SoundWaves package just for her. I didn’t stay overnight but joined them at SoundWaves. One thing that felt like a downgrade was that check-in is now in a different area—SoundWaves used to have its own dedicated check-in, which was way more convenient. I was also charged more than I was originally quoted, and when I tried to call about it, I got the runaround. I’m hoping to get it resolved soon. Still love Gaylord, but a little more attention to guest experience would go a long way.

BED BUGS ‼️ 12/18/2022 ‼️Spent the night here one night for my birthday gift and the Christmas boat and lights for my daughter . Place looks very clean and lots of people were there . BUT while I was getting ready about 8am to check out I happened to just look up at the bed and BED BUG CRAWLING ON THE BED ‼️ I picked the bug up into a wet wipe and called front desks to show them THEY DIDN’T SEEM TO EVEN CARE . They came up to to the room then after a security guard or whatever showed up to inspect and took pictures of the blood stain on the bed ‼️ Spent $400 a night for this place plus parking $40 and will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN ,...
