Uptown Taco and Grill — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This is roundabout everything you would expect from an authentic Mexican Taco Truck. It is not restaurant quality to be honest it is good food truck quality, which is it's own realm. They have a hard time with English & but it's joined to a excellent Mexican Market, so I guess it makes sense they stay in Spanish speaking circles, but it was notably in the way when trying to order. The breakfast burrito I had was good but it stayed so close to normal burrito methods, it was a normal burrito plus eggs essentially. Good enough if you like a standard Mexican food truck vibe, but not so exciting or over the top good, that it's worth a special trip, or going out...

The first time I ordered it was awesome, ordered the second time and I really wish I hadn't. 3 different burritos 2 asada and 1 birria. The " meat " was about 90% fat/gristle. Very delicious taco truck behind uptown market. Parking is interesting, best bet is to park in front of uptown market and go around. The food was good and didn't take too long.
