So Here I am ordering food to go because I had cash for once instead of it being on my chime card or Dasher card. I would have been putting a 5 star rating for how quickly my order was done and how nice the guy was who took my order. Honestly was going to give him a $15 tip before I left. But I had 1996 100 dollar bill. You know the ones that the way you can tell it's real is the line in it with USA 100 up and down it. Benjamins ghost face to the right of it that you see on both sides. The 100 that turns green to black in the bottom right corner? Apparently the VERY old manager I'm assuming is her roll insitied I had a fake 100 dollar bill I was trying to pass off. Maybe you need to get better glasses or take another corse on counterfeit money. That pen you used when it does a real 100 bill from 1996 the clean means it's real. Bc it's older. It would turn brown when marking it if it was fake. Orange is for the newer blue bills . She took 2 photos of it and called two different people to see if it was real or fake. Never mind the fake she has two female employees check it and one male check it with the pen and asked what's the problem. I guess they didn't want to argue with the old lady bc they know she wouldn't back down. You didn't do me a favor by taking a 20 dollar cut mamm I heard the phone calls . My story about the bank giving it to me wasn't a story. Its what happened you lost a 20 dollar pay cut bc you didn't want to admit you were wrong and cause a whole seen for no reason. I didnt get the drink I ordered but I guess you can subtract that from the pay you're apperently losing. You're lucky my partner waited out in the car bc I have a little bit more tolerance to ignorance and being insulted. you need to make sure future manager have better training and less pride on how to tell if a bill is fake. Other wise you'll lose a lot of money and have a lot of upset people that won't be like I was and just walk away. Also don't soak the bills with the pen the bill looked like you put it in water when I...
Read moreI just went in for a coffee ' to go ' one morning and the employees were goofing off, playing with the food, dancing and throwing dirty towels across the room that hit the nasty floor then pick them up and wipe down the tables !! Seriously, I mean where were these people raised ?? .. under a rock ??? The place was nasty .. The employees, including the manager, behaved so shabby in front of customers and rude to the customer's, I don't see for the life of me how this place is still in business. After waiting about 8-10 minutes for someone to take my order for a single cup of coffee ( everyone of those waitresses had looked at me several times and they were not doing a thing except playing with each other and ignoring that I was there ) I called the manager over and tried to talk to him about being ignored & see if he would get my coffee But he turned away without saying a word and ignored me with a F... Y.. attitude. Another woman came over with a coffee for me. I took a sip and threw it away, it tasted dirty.. Disrespectful group of people. I have been to many WH in my time and they greet you when you walk in the door, very friendly and courteous with good food, good service and a acceptable level of cleanliness. If I were Waffle House, I would be ashamed to have my name associated with this store. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT...
Read moreWe went after the fireworks on July 3rd at Nashville Shores. We asked if they were able to accommodate a large party they said yes. There were a family of 5 that was seated at the counter and the rest of us set at the tables by the windows. My wife ordered a cup of coffee that was black and cold she asked the young lady if she could brew another pot of coffee which she did but after 30 minutes or so of my wife asking for the cup of coffee she finally got it. Two of the kids ordered pops and they were nothing but carbonated water asked for another never got it. We placed our orders 7 of us got the All American Slam, 3 of the kids never got their bacon, grits, and waffles. As a matter of fact only 2 people got waffles because it was the only thing they order. I never fussed nor complain because Michael did his best along with the young lady who was training him. I asked for a military discount and the older lady said she didn't know how to do it. Me and my wife frequent Waffle House alot but in the 13 years we've been in Nashville this particular Waffle House was our first and probably last visit. We tried reaching out to get help on some sort of reimbursement but to no avail. Below was just my party bill not to add the other 6 that was paid separately 5 of the 6 sat at...
