I'm a long time customer here. Ever since the pandemic I've been doing Uber eats. The drinks the coffee is always made properly that's not my concern. The Uber eats drivers always sufficient iand great. However this is the 3rd time I received no straws. The drinks are not pleased into a drink Carrier. They should be placed into a drink Carrier inside of the bag. I work with the public to we have to Put drinks into a drink area and then placed into a bag for our customers that ensures that the drinks will not spill over into the bag. I would like to give a 5 star recommendation to Dillion. This afternoon I went into Starbucks to buy a drink that was recommended to me by my nephew. He mad my drink perfect and we had a conversation about sugar. So he asked me how do I like my drinks as far as being sweet. I explained to him I usually don’t get that with that much sugar, but my nephew had got me this drink over the weekend. If the people here just weren't sooo nice I would give this place 1 star... they always mess up specialty drinks ALWAYS... if you have a customized drink don't. 1st time my friend is lactose litterally asked for oatmilk and they put regular in she spent the day on the toilet after 1 sip.(yes she that lactose intolerant). If litterally watched them put regular syrup inside of something that clearly said sugar free... 🙄 and I get they always have new employees but seriously...
