9/25/2023 around 5:30pm Worst customer service. I was in line waiting to pay (with my little brother) and this âladyâ employee named Yaz, asked if we were ready to pay but then said something else I couldnât quiet hear. Her co-workers started laughing. I thought they were laughing at something else but then they started talking in Spanish (they probably thought i didnât know spanish, which i do). They were saying things like âi cant believe you said thatâ while laughing non stop. And the Yaz lady said âwell they gotta understand and hear me one way or anotherâ with an annoyed face, referring to us. Right in front of us they were talking about it. I kept myself calm because i wasnât trying to be like them. imagine taking your little brother shopping, having a good day, just so employees can make fun of you. Thinking we werenât able to understand Spanish. I hope they keep themselves...
   Read moreWe were a group of 4 adults, and we had 2 workers follow us all thru the store, supposedly 'fixing and picking up'. Very obvious that they were trying to keep an eye on us, which I'm fine with that, don't mind. But as we we're leaving, a girl rudely approaches us asking where we put the 'hairspray' and we we're confused cause we never grabbed a hairspray and she repeated her self, in a very rude manner. We ask if she means the fabric spray dye (which was the most similar to a 'hairspray') and she keeps asking us to take her to where we left it. So we did, which was where the rest of the Fabric Dye was. She didn't even apologize for being rude , cause she obviously thought we stole it.
Honestly we have no need to be stealing a $6 dollar Dye. And it's super rude to be treating costumers like that. If i could give 0/5 stars i would. Worst store. Never felt so...

I bought a costume and had asked before I picked it whether we can exchange if they donât fit. I was told yes. I also asked again right before I purchased it; I was told yes again as long as it was before 14 days. I went the next day to exchange because once I took it out the bag I knew it wasnât going to fit. I came in the very next day just for them to tell me they cannot exchange OR return after saying yes to me twice. The one time I choose to spend money on my wants, this happens?
