Subway — Restaurant in Neenah

I had went into this subway for my lunch break with my boyfriend. We were waiting in line and he customer who was in front of me was an older man and hard of hearing and as he was trying to listen you could tell the sandwich artist was getting mad and she kept giving him attitude and once she had gotten to me she came off as very rude. i was asking the sandwich artist for different bread because the one she was going to give me was already split down the middle and meat would’ve fell out. And then she got mad and threw a huge fit to the other worker about me asking for another piece of bread. She literally had continued to give me attitude the whole time I ordered and I work in the food industry so I know how it can be but customer service is supposed to be your number one and there was no form of good customer service here. And then when my boyfriend finally said something to her about how she needed to be nicer to her customers she began to start talking back to my boyfriend. So I came to Subway to to eat a little lunch before shopping. So I decided to get some chocolate chip cookies with my meal. And I noticed immediately that it didn't taste like the one's my friend got from them two days in a row. So I called him and ask him didn't he buy his cookies from this Walmart he said yes he buy more than 3 and ask could he get his bake fresh so I'm all excited I ask the young girl that was working like hi could I get 6 cookies freshly made n I can give u back these 3 and just pay for another 3 and she look back at the young gentleman like I was asking for too much and they said it would take 12 minutes. I said that cool I will shop in Walmart then come back. I came back paid for extra 3 cookies left out. So excited to eat one. When I opened my box my cookies were so hard and burnt. Worst subs I've ever had and we are huge fans of subway.... I always go to a different one but we went to the Wal-Mart one and HUGE mistake... I mean where the sub I got the new rotisserie chicken with bacon and lots of onions spinach green peppers and banana peppers..toasted well no cheese which I asked for pepper jack....I got 3 half pieces of bacon for a 12 inch and I basically think I paid $9 for bread!!!! No wonder why employees get no hours and there ALWAYS...
