If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady who died my hair, failed to tell me that I needed to bleach my hair so when my hair coloring was done it didn’t even look like nothing was done. In addition the person who cut my hair did such a crappy job that I had to fix all the uneven parts when I got home. I paid $140 for service that wasn’t even worth $140. The only thing this company actually did correctly was my undercut. This company is using crappy hair dye and when the color doesn’t turn out the way it was supposed to they’ll still charge you full price even if you’re unhappy. Never Again will I be going here. I was desperate for a cut.. Now I just regret it. I normally am pretty easy going about my hair I even had a picture to go off of. While I never expected it to look exactly.... It looks nothing like it. I said layers there are only a few in the back. My bangs are botched my hair is noticeably longer on one side in the front. I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m., arrived @2:25 to be told that 1 of 2 girls working was running 1/2 hour behind schedule & did I mind waiting. After thinking about it for a minute I decided not to wait... they had my phone # & could have called, but didn't. The 2nd of 2 girls in the shop could have offered to cut my hair, but didn't. After a quick run to the Walmart grocery store, girl # 2, without a customer, saw me on my way out & offered me a 20% discount if I kept my appointment. Too little, too late. I spent my money on gas to drive into town from a rural area on my day off work to get a haircut that I had a appointment for. I can't help but wonder what girl #2 was even there for.
