Culver’s — Restaurant in Neenah

We eat out twice a month if at all, and Culver’s is usually always the go to!

Winnebago area has plenty of Culver’s locations and I cannot recommend this one. This is the second time going to the Neenah location, and twice now we have been missing items, and the beverages had no ice and the large was less than half filled with beverage. Not to mention the wait and the teenagers working just being quite honestly rude and short. The food we did get was delicious, as Culver’s always is, it is very very rare that the folks sweating and cooking in the back do a bad job and there are no worries there. I worked fast food as a teenager, I get that fast food is fast paced work and it gets pretty busy, but it was not busy. We were one of three in the drive thru at the time. Time is usually not an issue, however They were fulfilling orders out of order we waited 20 minutes for our food and nearly ten minutes at the speaker and window. As well as ours missing a meal, and got half a large drink. last time we were missing two sides. This is unacceptable, I would’ve been fired acting as disinterested in the job as these people were, and quite frankly I have been missing items from this location twice, people I know don’t go to the Neenah location for that reason and I even see reviews now of a similar issue. We were on that side of town however…

I normally don’t leave negative reviews as I ramble and generally give benefit of the doubt, but these past couple experiences have genuinely been a waste of money and we will exclusively be giving our favorite Appleton location our business. This is a shame I have an immense respect for fast food workers, and Culver’s especially for being the special thing us Wisconsinites get to claim, but two bad experiences at one location out of the hundred times I've been to a culvers in my lifetime? I can’t let that slide this time and had to speak up.

Last but not least, “busy” is an excuse I see a lot, but just like any excuse that is not adequate, Samantha Snyder and the management at this location need to pay attention to the people you’re hiring because this bad experience and others like it only happen when there is a lack of care. Same reasons we don’t visit other fast food places other than chic fil a. I don’t want to see Culver’s get the same reputation as a Taco Bell… I’m sorry but those are...

This place is an absolute freaking joke this restaurant should be taken down are burned to the ground the workers in here are rude and inconsiderate and liars I was working in Neenah Wisconsin and decided to stop at Culver's to get some food before I got to work I ordered two of the double mushroom and Swiss baskets with a large cheese curd and large Dr pepper for both when I got to work I realized I got two of the sourdough melts french fries so nothing that I ordered I proceeded to call the lady that answered the phone said she was the manager she sounded a little older so I trusted it I told her the problem she said she wrote down my name my name and told me I could come back and get my items fixed when I had time and I was free since I work in Neenah I do not live there she gave me the opportunity to come back that night and I didn't have time and I couldn't leave my patient at home so I gave her my name and my phone number a few days later which was 3 days ago I went back to let them know my name and get my order fixed and was fussed around and questioned in this and that 12 different times by six different people and then was at the drive-thru for 37 minutes for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do you got to be kidding me this is a joke right...

Since the new owner took over this is the worst spot to go just as bad as McDonald's. Every time we go something is wrong with our food. Last time I went to the drive-thru and ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich when I got home and took a bite of it it felt like my mouth was on fire and melting off my face I can handle some spice but this was spicy when I called the manager to complain she kept arguing with me that it's just pepper and that's how it's exposed to taste would not acknowledge that there could have been a mix-up. When I went in the next morning they're response was here's a coupon sorry about that. Tonight we placed a pickup order through their ordering site It said it would be ready at 10:04 I get there about 10: 05- 10:06 just to find that you cannot pull in in the front and access their back parking lot because there's people parked on the sides and both drive through lands are busy so you have to wait in a drive-thru line just to be able to park in the pickup spots. After parking I waited till 10:24 and then I had to walk inside to ask where my food is only for people to look confused and they cannot find my order and sorry about that we'll remake it and I had to wait another five 6 minutes for my food extremely...
