I went to the Neenah location this week to be added to my wife’s plan but didn’t want the new phone due to recently buying one at Verizon. My wife wanted the new phone credited to her line so she could upgrade. But the store manager said no you can’t do that. Courtney who helped us and did a great job seemed to be new or in training. She had several questions for Connor who at this point has just sat at a table playing and laughing at his phone. He wouldn’t even look up at Courtney or come over to help her when she needed help. We felt so bad for her. After I told Courtney he shouldn’t be in customer service he disappeared to the back. Where she would then have to go for help. This guy obviously shouldn’t be working here. Nor looks like he wants to. After we finally got my line added, we went to the Appleton Store and guess what…..My wife got a new phone credited to her line. The service was outstanding at the Appleton store. We left there in such better spirits. We learned the Neenah store is a 3rd party operator. So their lack of knowledge and customer service makes sense now. If you want great service, promotions and a better experience go to a corporate store like Appleton’s College...

THIS store is what received the 1 star rating. I was shocked to learn that they charge you for paying your bill with cash. I have never heard of a processing fee for paying with cash. It turns out that it is independently owned. This allows them to charge whatever they want to simply pay your bill. This place just screams greed. Read moreGot there at 6:30pm. They closed at 7. When we got there it was just us, the employee, and another customer at the service desk being helped by the employee. We walked around for 5 minutes and then the tmobile guy asked us what we needed. We explained the problem. He said he would be right with us. One hour later after wondering around the tmobile employee came up us, told us it took longer than expected as he was STILL with the same customer and he told us we needed to go because they closed at 7. He offered to schedule an appointment in the morning but it didn't fit our schedule. Walked out very disappointed...
