China One — Restaurant in Neptune City

We just moved to the area and wanted to have a take out night. We'll we chose this place last night and the food was well below average just to be nice. The egg rolls were soggy with oil and beef and broccoli tasted so bad after 3 bites I had to throw it out (which kills me I hate wasting ANY FOOD for the simple fact it's a privilege we have it this easy with food) the meal my girlfriend ordered was terrible and had a weird Sandy gritty texture to the beef. I believe there are two types of Chinese Restaurants. Very upscale ones where you sit down at a nice table as if it were an italian restaurant but they serve you chinese food where the food is most of the times very good.

And the regular chinese restuarants where you can see the kitchen, the menu is in pictures above the counter and there are a few seats sometimes. Of these 6/10 are just horrible, 3/10 are just average, and 1/10 the food is memorable and tasty. China one is one of those...
