The Multiple Sclerosis Center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center — Local services in Neptune Township

I expect nothing less from Jersey Shore. I was initially very upset with my consultation, I left in the middle. Dr Madhavan was not listening to my requests to review my MRI, she brushed off my concerns and started to push medications and vaccines on me. I left a bad review in the heat of the moment which I later deleted, just leaving one star. A week later I get a call from Dr. Duncan reprimanding me for my bad review. One he learns I deleted it, he no longer cares. He reiterates what the other Dr. says, dismissing my new spots on my MRI. Now a month later I am getting EOBs and pre-authorizations for medications and MRIs. THE OFFICE IS STILL SUBMITTING REQUESTS FOR SERVICES AND PAYMENTS TO MY INSURANCE. They claim its "automatic". I didn't even complete my initial consultation, I ran out of there. ALSO THERES NO PARKING....

The MS Center itself is beautiful! Love how you are able to have everything in one place; from doctors visit, bloodwork, and if needed infusion therapy.

All of the staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic disease that requires lots of follow up and it is important to be in a center that you feel comfortable. The nurses and CMA are very knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. Dr Duncan was beyond an excellent physician! Happy that this center opened! Much needed in the area.

Dr. Ryerson is PHENOMENAL. Having MS is definitely horrible in itself, but Dr. Ryerson and her team make my depression lessen tremendously. Wendy at the front desk; I absolutely adore! She always helps answer any of my questions that may come up during my visits. And then there is Fran. FRAN IS A ROCKSTAR!!!!! She's the best and always helps me with anything! I cant thank this team enough for all they do. I absolutely love everyone. Thank you for always being there and making my having MS not so scary. If I could leave 10...
