Burger King — Restaurant in Nevada

I ordered my food at 10:40 pm & they had a hard time understanding what I wanted for my order. Not the most friendliest employees either. I asked for a 10 piece chicken nugget with half spicy & half regular nuggets & they failed ever so drastically to do so, I only got regular nuggets & was let down because I was really excited to try the new spicy ones. They didn’t ask me if I wanted cheese in my whopper nor did they put any in it & the fries were ice cold by the time I got home. My Bacon & chicken crispy sandwich was requested to not have any tomatoes or lettuce in it & I said it more than once & even had them repeat my order & they repeated it back correctly. I open it up ready to eat it & find that there was tomatoe & lettuce on it & I had to take it off myself & once I did so I managed to spill it all over my work uniform only to find out I had zero napkins & despite all that I still ate it & near the end of being done with it I found a hair in it. I spent all the tips I made from work that night on this meal & I am highly disappointed with the quality & care of my food. I won’t be going to this establishment maybe ever again or for a very long time until one day I find myself craving some Burger King after that atrocious meal I received & hopefully I get the correct order & pleasant customer...

I went to Burger King this morning one of the worst experiences ever I went through the drive-thru line did I had to pull around to the front and wait for my order after about 25 minutes of the line and waiting outside I went inside when I got there no one was at the counter the people act like I never walked in they just kept standing there talking to themselves holding on to the ready station no one ever turned in a knowledge that I and even walked in find me after listening to our conversation and no one paying attention to me I asked him if I could just have my money back so I could go they had the nerve to get upset I stood there watching them fill orders they're coming through the drive-thru well after I had arrived I asked him what the holdup was they waited till after the sandwiches were made to drop french fries I don't even understand what happened to good customer service what happened to respectful employees to treat customers with dignity I'm so done thanks@Burger King you have...
