Unfortunately I'm only giving these people one star due to simple facts and reason. One I went there today to go to the drive-thru to order simply the $3 taco meal with a drink. I thought no problem no big deal. I came to find out as I got home which is also a 10 minute drive that they were not in the bag. So like anyone else would do I simply went back to the restaurant to go get my tacos. As I went back I actually got an order from the family to get some more food because some of them got off of work and we were hungry so I put another order in and i went through the drive-thru again, same girl was there and I told her and gave her the receipt of the old order she was happy to oblige and I was happy. However in Desperate thought I was thinking what if they messed up again so I obviously checked this time and lo and behold they forgot the tacos again and she did tell me she was going to give them to me because I did obviously pay from the first time. It's just the little things that tick people off and the fact that I had to send my nephew in to go get it from the manager when a drive-through person should easily be able to accommodate the order with one stop and go really bugs me. I was actually going to go by the person's name but then I figured cyberbullying is a bad thing so I'm not going to go by name but it happened today and I hope that the manager or someone of Jack in the Box sees this and really thinks about who they hire in the future. Because honestly she's probably a very nice person to work with very friendly but when it comes to simple orders or maybe just putting something in the bag the first time it does make a difference and it made it a huge hassle for me today unfortunately and I would have to say that I was just very unhappy with everything. On the plus side though the food did taste just fine just like any other Jack-in-the-Box would taste like. but overall the fact of having one order mess up 3 times over just some stupid tacos really made me think I should write this review so people should just check their bags more often....
Read moreI was not happy here. First let me explain, I've worked in the food industry for 15+ years both restaurant and fast food. So I'm giving my opinions from how I was taught to keep a restaurant clean and sanitary. The bathroom experience:. Apparently they don't clean the bathroom often because it was nasty. All the stainless steel had layers of prints and something smeared on them. Not smears from wiping down the toilet papers covers. The sink had not sure something on it. At first I thought it was blood all over the top but it wasn't it was reddish dirt smeared all over the top. The main door, first impression: The enter/exit door, bottom 1/4 was solid black from people pushing the door open with your shoes. It takes weeks for that amount of marks on the door. The lobby experience: Several tables has wet spills on them. Some were dry and some were still wet. My impression is nobody has cleaned the lobby in awhile.. Their was a table with a large wet spill all over the top of the table and the floor. It took a minute to find where 4 of us could sit together at a decently clean table. The front counter experience: The young lady that took my order was super nice and we received our food very fast. Most of our food was excellent. Unfortunately the tacos were so full of grease. They didn't strain the grease off the tacos and it made my son sick from so...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've had at a eatery in a long time, and compares to some of the worst in my life(I'm 70). I ordered online, and arrived about 7 minutes past time it said would be done. I thought the truck at the speaker must have broken down, because after over 10 minutes it hadn't moved. 2 cars behind me backed up and left the property, and as I went inside to retrieve my food, I saw the other car that had been in front of me back up and leave the property. I entered and could not get anyone to acknowledge my presence. After about 10 minutes I finally loudly said, "Excuse me. I have an order at the drive thru window and a truck must be broken down at the speaker". I was told they are working on it and they were running behind. There were not many patrons in there, the drive thru wasn't moving, and the place was a mess. I heard a male voice say disgustedly, "Well I'll have to get more nuggets". Finally my food was handed to me, after being inside waiting for over 25 minutes. When I got home the food was cold, and my wife's chicken strips were disgusting. 2 were edible, and 3 were so burnt the just crumbled. Also there were no napkins, no straw, and no receipt.
