Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

I went to Taco Bell tonight on my lunch I told the lady at the drive-thru exactly what I wanted somehow she didn't ring me up for one of the items I wanted so I had to go inside and order it again. The young girl instructs me that I have to place the order myself on this screen and an associate just sits back and waits for you to put your order in. there is an older gentleman next to me placing an order. This guy was having the hardest time placing his order not once did this young girl ask him for help so he got frustrated and as he was leaving the girl asked did you put your order in he said no I am going somewhere else because I cant figure it out. Meanwhile I am waiting for my food again. I think they need to have a backup register for people who don't want to use the do-it-yourself ordering. As soon as the older gentleman walks out the girl at the drive thru and the girl at the counter start mocking the customer right infront of everyone else saying older people blah blah blah . I complained to a lead that that is ridiculous and if there gonna complain about customers they need to do it in the back and not in front of everyone. He said he agreed and said they were understaffed and needed more people. As soon as he said that I heard a bunch of people from in the kitchen start going off he had to tell them to calm down and relax like omg what kind of people you got working there so ridiculous. Worst experience I have ever had here . Usually it's pretty good but obviously they can not handle stress under pressure. Everyone is understaffed not an excuse to treat...

On the 14th of December approximately 6:50 p.m. I went through the drive-thru of thl Taco bell in Pahrump Nevada. I had ordered a taco a burrito and a tostada I I asked for extra cheese and onion like I have in the past which they always charge me for and they completely forgot to add extra onion and extra cheese which I ordered ,and payed for!!!!I asked the gal working the window if she could please make sure they put the extra onion and cheese on it since I had been charged for it because the last two occasions in that specific Taco Bell .I was always charge and they forgot to put what I was charged for extra onion and the extra cheese The rude woman working the drive-thru window told me ,Well if it's not on there you can just turn around and come back and we'll remake it !!!! I told her they have already failed twice before and I'm not driving 14 miles all the way back to have the order replaced she then slammed the window in my face of course when I got home NO extra onion no extra cheese no napkins + 4 hot sauces which I asked for hot and Fire they need to make an adjustment with the management here and get a person with communication skills since she obviously doesn't want to do her job!!!!! I will go to the Taco Bell in Las Vegas now where I've never had a problem and they've always done their job very disappointed how rude she was and she didn't even care to or look at my...

I was staying in the place for a bit because I was lost trying to figure out how to get home (cause it was my first time traveling alone) and I guess I was there for too long and a manager asked me if I was going to buy anything I said no and b4 I could ask her any questions about directions or say anything in general she told me to get out. I was on the phone with my mom who only heard the last part which was her telling me to get out she wanted me to go back in so she could ask the lady for some directions but I was already walking out and crying a bit out of embarrassment (there was a few people there) my mom begged me to go back in so I did and I ask the manager to speak to my mom to which she yelled at me saying she was busy then walked away. My mom was trying to speak nicely to the lady but I told my mom there's no point and left the building my mom was of course upset and wanted the ladys name but she wasn't wearing a name tag so I couldn't tell her. This was on 03/08/25 at 11am. I did get home safely, late but safely thanks to the people at the casino near by sweet ladies...
