Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Nevada

I posted this review on another site but this bears repeating.

Who would have thought that a sandwich shop renowned for their pulled turkey sandwiches, cheese steak and roast beef sandwiches would make some of the tastiest vegetarian turkey and chicken sandwiches anywhere?

Nestled inside a large casino In Laughlin, NV (and other locations as well), Capriotti’s is an oasis for a vegetarian looking to get tasty food at a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly and helpful and pay attention to the little details of your order including the way the sandwiches are sliced (I always order the giant and make 2 meals out of it) and give you extra oil and vinegar to drizzle on them.

The prices are comparable with other sandwich shops, but Capriotti’s is a cut above because of how they cater to all sorts of appetites and lifestyles.

Really horrendous service. 36 minute ticket time for a grilled Italian sub. The place was empty and we were the first or second in line. Ironically, this 36 minute ticket time came after they told us we had to wait 5 minutes to order so they could recover from the previous rush. There was no evidence of any rush nor could there have been as the casino was not that crowded. There were three people working that were friendly enough, but they seemed to be completely disorganized without any really systems or training. The wait time is absurd. 6 weeks ago I ordered 2 sandwiches. An hour later. Nothing. I had to leave for my concert. I had been told a 20 min wait. Waste of 30$. Today. 3rd in line. 15 minutes waiting to order. The workers look so bored and miserable. The order talker was cold. No thank you. No meeting my eyes. I’m now waiting for my food. 20 minutes and nothing. Thank God I came early this time. I know help is hard to find but you need better people. Harder workers.
