Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

I decided to give Carl's Jr another try and I ordered Delivery today . When my order arrived it was short AGAIN, needless to say I was beyond livid, I calles the store and Was connected with the Store manager Larry Anderson I explained to him that once again my order was shorted chicken stars today and the last time time I ordered as well. He could definitely tell I was unhappy . He told me he was really sorry and he would prepare my missing items and personally bring it to me. He arrived at my house within 15 minutes of me calling . I was incredibly impressed that he had gone that extra mile to take care of me. Be definitely went that extra mile and I am incredibly impressed that he did. Thank you !

Previous review : Received my delivery and the food I received and what I ordered were not the same. I ordered a special on the online menu which I did not get leaving me without enough food for my family .I called the store and after having to call a few times to even get through I was told by the manager that " I had not paid enough for the food order placed" so he cut my order down ! Wait a minute how is that possible I placed the order and paid the amount given to me. Manager completely unfamiliar with the online specials . He told me I had to come by and pick up my missing food before he left at 2pm. I was unable to make it that day at all . Mind you I ordered Delivery for a reason, so I didn't have to...

I came through the drive-thru and the drive-thru guy offered a guacamole burger. I decided that it sounded good and purchased just the burger. I started eating and was thinking man I hate when they put all the ingredients in the middle of the burger because I was just biting into bacon at this point. I hadn't eaten all day and I'm tired so it didn't hit me till after about 4 bites that I had NO MEAT on my "BURGER" so I took it back to Carl's and explained this a they literally sat there and argued with me that he did put meat on my burger like I need a reason to lie about no damn meat on my burger. I paid almost $10 for a burger that was supposed to have a beef patti on it ALONG with all the other ingredients. This wasn't cheap. This was so unprofessional and then they finally said they would remake it but when I opened my burger the meat was cold. So either it WAS the meat he forgot or they just found some cold meat lying around and put it on my burger. At this point I now don't trust the remade burger and decided to get a FRESH burger from Farmerboys. I only ordered 2 things from Carl's a drink and the burger and they couldn't even get the burger right and accused me of lying about missing the main part of my burger! I went into the restaurant this morning.. And I understand the homeless situation in the Las Vegas area, so I asked the cashier if I could purchase a cup of water. I was willing to purchase a cup of water, because I needed change for a $5 bill to catch the bus to go to work. The manager comes up, because obviously the cashier was new; and she asked for assistance. She (cashier) also asked if she (manager) could give me change for a $5. The manager looked at me and automatically simply said no. Failure to acknowledge that I was attempting to PURCHASE A BEVERAGE!!!! She said "I don't have any $1 (ones). Dont have any one's!!! Seriously!! You just lost customers within walking distance, due to the manager simply being prejudiced in her personal assessment of my intentions, since she wasn't present when I initially asked to PURCHASE A CUP OF WATER!!!
