So, neither I nor anyone in my family smokes and none of us ever have so we ruled this place out the minute we saw the name assuming that we were not their target demographic. A close and trusted friend urged to to give it a shot and we were going to do it and then he and his wife grabbed some take-out for us. Forget about weed, their sandwiches are like crack. We LOVED them. The blending of flavors, the awesome fresh buns. We shared four of them and I loved every one but our favorite was their version of the classic Italian sub. A good sandwich isn't just a pile of meat and toppings on some sort of bread. There's a science to it. It must be layered and blended correctly to achieve perfect balance. the Cheba Hut has this dialed and locked in tight. We've been back twice since. The people who work there kind of look like they should be wandering around selling food out of a macrame shoulder bag at Woodstock but they are very good at what they're doing and they are super friendly and helpful. They have won our long term business....

I went to Cheba Hut to pick up a sandwich for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived, the restaurant was pretty empty but it filled up quickly! The restaurant has an online menu and please note - there is a “Secret Stash” menu as well (see photo). The food options are unusual and unique but OMG- the taste!! I ordered the Power Plant but got it “vegan” and it was really delicious. I don’t even like olives and pickles but the combination of tastes and flavors was phenomenal.

They have a bar available, clean bathrooms and lots of seating. It’s located in a strip mall with lots of parking available. Also, the staff is amazing. The girl who took my order was very patient and friendly, then a gentleman came by to ask if we wanted water while we waited and was very friendly and helpful. Also, they are open late (midnight) so they offer a Happy Hour menu and they even have an app!!

I enjoyed being there and the atmosphere is laid back and cool. I highly recommended trying it out. The sandwiches are super fresh...

This is my favorite sandwich in town before the pandemic. We recently went to cheba for our faves. Looked safe when we walked in so we ordered our faves. But when we sat at the high tables that face the guys making it. The tall kinda slim white guy we saw wearing his hat backwards. Had his face mask barely covering his mouth and his nose fully exposed. He was talking a lot to the other workers while handling the food and his mask would actually expose his mouth when doing so. His face was barely 6 inches from the food. If you are, as we all should be. Worried about the spread of covid and the safety of others and their loved ones. I would avoid cheba hut till they can have a staff that takes covid 19 serious. This individual should not be working in the food industry during this time. I hope that person can realize one day that mistakes like his are why a lot of familes have lost their loved ones. Millions have died in short period of time. A global pandemic. Where does cheba hut stand on this situation and how serious do...

Cheba Hut is a friendly place to go with your friends or just you! Its unique theme sets it apart from other local sub shops and watering holes. Feel free to come as you are, it's VERY relaxed. Stop in and experience a blast from the past. For those that grew up when there was an existing subculture known as "hippies' or "flower people", you'll really enjoy Cheba Hut. The subs are bursting with flavor. I recommend the "Acapulco Gold" or the "Apollo 13". The "Loaded Not'Chos are a munchy favorite too. Wash it down with one of Cheba Hut's unique cocktails or your favorite beer on tap. I'm always on the lookout for places to take a group, large or small. However, if you have "sensitive" friends, have them take a look at the website before they RSVP. Still loving Cheba Hut!
