Firehouse Subs continues to be my favorite chain sandwich shop. I'm typically not a fan of chains in any way shape or form so saying I have a favorite is like saying I have a favorite tax I have to pay but credit where it's due, this place is nearly always good and reliable. The service is friendly and helpful and the food fresh and well prepared. I also particularly like their pickles. The fastest way for a Firehouse Subs location to get on my bad side is to not give me extra pickles when I request them. I also have a warm spot in my heart for any business that has the soda machine with all the many options. I drink the diet kind and diet cola is my least favorite diet drink. Being able to get a Fanta Zero in orange or grape flavor or a Barq's Vanilla Root Beer Zero is much appreciated.

My review is primarily based on the price point of their small sandwiches. Yes, I know they were small. But starting at $8 for a 4 inch sandwich? That price point needs to be $5, $6 at the most. This little sandwich was one of their new "Hot Ones". I wasn't really a fan. The sauce actually ruined it for me. Just a note to self...don't order this next time. I'm a fan of Firehouse, but one does not get their money's worth with a small sandwich. Go medium next time.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Wow. I'm almost at a loss for words. I'm in the parking lot writing this so I dont forget.

My husband, who recently left the military and gained employment at Switch here in town, very often orders from Firehouse and told me about the meatball sub as Switch pays for the employees lunches.

I came in today to try it and it was definitely one of the best meatball subs I've ever had. However the kids aka managers that are here....COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! My 2 year old had a fire hat on and seen a toy fire truck on the table. The young lady in a red shirt said the hats are free but he can play with the car while we eat and return it to counter when done.

My son played with it while we ate. As I was cleaning a young lady in a black shirt (Aliyah) was getting her own drinks and rolled her eyes at me when my son spilled his chips. I didn't pay much attention to her and got my drink. She then comes to my table and said very sarcastically that the firetruck isnt for him to play with. I told her very nicely that the other young lady said it was ok. She again rolled her eyes at me walking away and said "whatever."

Then she walks to the side and stays rudely saying to the other young lady who was wearing a yellow shirt about what happened.

NEVER will me or my family ever go to this location nor firehouse itself. Completely ridiculous that I had to encounter this.

Judging by the reviews, it just seems like firehouse has the same response to complaints so I suppose this wont be handled properly. Just stay away from...

Been going here for years. Not too thrilled about this order to say the least. I understand that help is hard to find and these are trying times but that is where leadership HAS to step in. I own a business and I'm only as good as my employees and it all starts with proper training and follow up.

I believe that is the issue here. Bunch of young kids working and no one watching or doing quality control. All 4 of our subs were the worst we've had there. Meatball pizza with absolutely no sauce (very dry), 2 Italian subs that were soggy all the way through the bun and a bbq beef brisket that was overcooked and no bbq whatsoever. 53.00 and we threw most of it away

After a long day at work, none of us wanted to deal with calling or going back and picking up new ones, which I'm believe they would have offered

Not looking for freebies, just looking to get what I pay for without all the hassle. Won't be back for a while if we do choose to come back. Will have to go to competitor across the street

Freindly ending.... Stay on top of your people or you will lose...

A friend and I attempted to have lunch here today. Once we ordered we were brought a sandwich that was not ours. Instead of asking someone else if the sandwich was theirs the employee simply tossed the sandwich into the garbage, even though the sandwich belonged to the customer at the next table. We personally saw them discard at least 3 perfectly good sandwiches while we were there. We were brought three more sandwiches that were incorrect. I had ordered a small steak and cheese and was brought a large. Half way through my sandwich they brought what I had originally ordered so i assume I was eating someone else's lunch. My friend gave her order FOUR times! and still left with the wrong sandwich. Our lunch hour was over and my friend still hadn't eaten. My friend had to come back to get her corrected sandwich that still ended up wrong. We have never been so unhappy with the service we...
