I have visited Nutriente Pastry Studio 3x in the past and it is such a wonderful gem. Diana, the owner, is friendly, personable, and knows her stuff. When I came in the past, I was gluten/dairy free and was so stoked to find sweets and treats to cater to this. Some of her items dont even contain added sugar! I have tried everything she offers that fit my dietary needs. The donut is one of my favorites (made from garbanzo beans!) My dietary restrictions have become more severe the last year and as my 40th birthday was approaching, I was really bummed that I would not be able to have a cake. I decided to reach out and after some email exchanges with a laundry list of needs (no gluten, no dairy, low histamine (which is pretty challenging) Diana gave me some options for a cake. We settled on carrot cake and I sent her inspo pictures on what I wanted. To say she DELIVERED is an understatement! This is the most beautiful cake I have ever had. It is so "me." I didn't even want to eat it because of how gorgeous it was. Of course there was hesitation as to how it would taste bc of the limited ingredients...and OMG it was absolutely amazing. I am typically not even a huge cake fan 😂 This cake knocked it out of the park. I literally cannot wait for another excuse to order a custom cake. I am counting down the days to 41 😂 I even shared some with my friend with no dietary restrictions who is a carrot cake connoisseur, and she was OBSESSED. I will never shut up about this cake 😂 Diana really went above and beyond and even researched low histamine on choosing ingredients. As long as I am in Vegas and her storefront is around, I will be coming here for my cake or pastry needs. If you're debating on trying any of her items, there is no debate. DO IT. Beyond beautiful. When I reached out to Nutriente Pastry Studio on March 9th, at 2PM Michigan time, I was hoping for a miracle. Our University of Utah Freshman son, whom we haven’t seen since the beginning of the school year, was having his first birthday away from home on that same day. He was in Las Vegas, rock climbing and staying with a friend’s family and it had just dawned on me that we can still be close to him if we manage to surprise him on his day. I chose Nutriente as it was 10 miles away from the place where my son was staying and its online reviews were excellent. To my disbelief the owner of Nutriente didn’t even hesitate to extend a hand and offered to personally deliver the cake after the end of the work day as there was no other way for them to fit my order in their busy schedule. Despite my last minute call, I was offered to pick any cake I wanted from their wonderful assortment and I was overwhelmed when she offered to personalize the cake in our Native Bulgarian language. My son was ecstatic when he called to thank us for the wonderful surprise and the pictures we’ve got are glowing. According to his words the Passionfruit, Raspberry and Vanilla Chocolate Cake was “uniquely beautiful and BRUTALLY delicious” and that it was the first cake In His Life that he Really Liked! We recently ordered a vegan birthday cake from Nutrient Pastry Studio for our daughter's sixth birthday, and it was an absolute masterpiece! We requested a vegan cake with fresh flowers and fresh strawberries between the layers, and Chef Diana exceeded all our expectations.

The cake was stunning to look at, and the flavors were phenomenal. Despite being vegan, the richness and depth of flavor were as indulgent as any traditional cake we've ever had. Not a single element was lacking—it was pure perfection!
