We found ourselves on this side of town once more and decided it was finally time to try Shuba Wagyu Shaba House. Upon entering, we were greeted by an empty yet beautifully decorated dining space. We opted for the $34.95 All You Can Eat option for both my wife and me, and we were delighted by the exceptional food quality and stunning presentation that followed. The dishes were absolutely out of this world, leaving us in disbelief that we had the place to ourselves. The service was nothing short of phenomenal, perfectly complementing our meal. We can't recommend this hidden gem highly enough. One of the standout features of Shuba Wagyu Shaba House was the unique and interactive cooking experience. Each table was equipped with an induction burner, allowing us to select our preferred broth and cook our food right there at the table. This hands-on approach was incredibly enjoyable, giving us full control over the cooking process, from choosing how long to simmer each ingredient to deciding when it was perfectly ready to enjoy. It turned the meal into a fun, engaging activity, and the result was absolutely delicious, with every bite infused with the rich, flavorful broth we had customized to our liking. Shuba Wagyu Shaba House has undoubtedly earned a permanent spot on our must-visit list after today's incredible experience. The variety of options available was truly impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Each dish we ordered was prepared with meticulous care, bursting with delicious flavors that danced on our palates. From the tender, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu to the expertly crafted sides, every bite was a testament to the culinary mastery of the chefs. The tranquil ambiance, coupled with the attentive staff, created an unforgettable dining atmosphere. We sincerely hope to see more people discovering this exceptional establishment on our next visit, as Shuba Wagyu Shaba House deserves to be celebrated and enjoyed by all who appreciate extraordinary cuisine and impeccable hospitality. We also want to give a special shout out to Lemonade for her exceptional service and friendly manner. We hope to see you next time we're in!

You must try this shabu place. The broth is so delicious and it doesn’t have any flavors at all. I love the wagyu beef here, I felt like I was chewing rubber in my mouth, it was indeed a great work out for my mouth muscle. Many choices of appetizer, the portion is big enough to feed a 1 year old baby, I ordered 1 fired octopus, they gave me 2 huge pieces of octopus (size of a quarter), very generous. You are expecting paying $40 plus per person which is not bad, overall I am very satisfied with this place, because my money grows on trees.

Great new shabu shabu place for the west area! Everything was fresh and well prepared. Good menu variety with a lot of vegetables, appetizers, meats seem a little limited but quality and portions were great. Definitely reccomend the crab claws (they come fried) and the raw marinated salmon. They do limit you to 2 sauces but the ones we tried were really good, had a nice amount of spice. Lemonade was our server and she was very friendly and attentive even when it got busy. Definitely reccomend !

We were craving AYCE hotpot and are so happy we discovered Shuba Wagyu Shabu house. Their meat quality was amazing and was well worth the price. I alao appreciated how they had a variety of sauces, broths, and sides to choose from. Everything I had was delicious and I know that I’ll be returning soon.

Lemonade, our server (that’s her name), was also a rockstar. She was quick to make sure we had everything we needed while serving other guests by herself. 10/10 experience and 100%...
