I have had to reorder or show receipts and do my best to make up for a;; the failures of corporate. This location, corporate or not, was all soggy, wamr to cold and out of mac and cheese, so told to grab extra chips. It was not editable. I tried to eat the sandwiches and soup. I could only eat some of the chips and tossed the rest. I will get a full refund or reverse the chrges. This was so so bad, after I have gone out of my way to go get cash for the workers to leave a tip with how bad the support from corporate has been. I will never come back to Firehouse Subs after this experience and I WILL NOT PAY for it. This was indescribably bad. I made a similar complaint in the account, and from the amount of successful transactions, even in the broken app and website that not all went through, I have never asked for anything back with the failures of the ordering and the location. They make my body feel good. The staff knows me by face and we have a good time. They always greet me and say goodbye. But CT and Jerry they rock when they make the sandwiches man. I love it! Today is May 23rd 2025. I went and got my steamer. They were busy. I wasn't in there more than 3 minutes. I had called in 15 minutes earlier and was picking it up. Thank you Jerry, CJ Jordan and the two that I didn't recognize that are working there today. I'll get to know you. Everybody looked like they were enjoying their sandwiches.
