Bowlology — Restaurant in Enterprise

Açaí bowls are not created equal. Bowlology is near the top of the pack. The proportions are spot on. Some places don’t have enough toppings. Not here. The fruit always seems fresh and looks great. The açaí is not too sweet and has a good consistency.

There are plenty of bowl options/combinations here unlike some places that focus on juices but also serve açaí. Worth going here if you want açaí because that’s what they focus on.

They aren’t cheap but I suppose they’re on par with most other places. Couple regular bowls and a smoothie is almost 40 bucks. Next time I’ll split a large bowl with my lady and it should be plenty.

Staff were fine. Young gals, nice enough. They have outdoor seating but if the chairs aren’t out just ask and they’ll let you take some from inside. Pretty big store compared to other bowl places.

I’ll be going here for my açaí for the foreseeable future. We will try the savory bowls next...

I have been patiently waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks on an order made for delivery, where Bowlology didn't send half my order. I was charged for the whole order, it wasn't the delivery drivers fault, the business and it was their mistake. They explained how I could have a free one next time I came in. I explained I was at my office, this was my lunch and that was not acceptable. No offer whatsoever to send me my food that was already paid for. ( The bill by the way was almost $60, to include delivery fees). After arguing back and forth with the employee, he called me back and stated he would refund my items that were not delivered, AND the next time I patronized their business they would give me a free bowl. That's all fine and dandy, but if you expect someone to be a repeat customer you should probably follow thru with what you say. 2 weeks, STILL NO...

1st experience at this location sucked.. Did not get greeted or anything. Gave my order and did not get thanked or anything even before leaving.. watched the worker give the next customers a little attitude like she was having a bad day or something.. I gave it a 2nd chance hoping for a better experience.. NOPE! Same thing only this time they were giggling amongst each other and then I was given a regular size after ordering a LARGE and I also gave a TIP both times! before receiving that WEAK customer service. This experience made it uncomfortable sitting in there waiting.. The entire team needs to be TRAINED! They failed at customer service 101. Twice with me!

I give it a 1 out of 5 stars Because the bear bowl was the 1 thing they made well enough for me to give that location...
