Read moreOne of the worst experiences ever at a restaurant . 6/23 We ordered for inside dining for dinner. 3 pizza cones Cajun fries and 2 canolies. We waited over an hour and only received the cold fries! Just twitteling our thumbs. No food but watched several people who ordered after us get their orders of similar items and larger orders. So we finally went up and asked asked when our order was coming up. Cashier Guy assured us it was coming up. We wait another 20 minutes watching numerous orders come and go after ours. A guy then comes to the table and asks us what we ordered! At this point we asked for our money back so we could leave. He ignores that request and apologized for being busy. We told him our order and says our "order is coming up real soon,". He then comes out with the one my husband ordered an hour old ) or someone else's that was a mess up because it was small with very little toppings inside) but it was clearly OLD. WE Got to watch my husband eat and complain how it was completely cold. We still waited. 10 minutes later he brings out my daughters cone. She sits and waits with me for my order before eating it. Another 15 minutes later my husband goes up to the cashier and asks for to go box for our daughter and to have mine boxed to go when they finished it. The guy hands him a gross very dirty used to go box that was a display box (guessing?). My husband had to ask for another clean one. They just said "sorry, we're really busy." When we got home and opened the to go box THEY put my order in, it was the wrong order.! It was their gross Alfredo noodles cone instead of the Philly cone! I would like to add that they They weren't busy when we ordered. When we ordered there were Several empty tables and only one person in line in front of us. After 20 minutes of taking our order they received an influx of customers before they closed. They clearly lost our order and wouldn't give us our money back, instead made to wait for each person's order to trickle out and gave my husband a very small underwhelming old cold cone and the wrong order to go. Ripped off and insulted. Definitely won't be back and will warn others of our experience. Not worth the wait , wrong order, terrible service or the underwhelming food. I truly don't see why all the fab reviews. They didn't earn a single...
Read moreI went to lunch with a friend. This restaurant caught my eye because of the unique dish pizza cones. The chef takes pizza dough and puts it in a cone machine like you would make a waffle. Then he feels it with your choice of toppings. This dish is $7.99. Actually a nice value. I did not have this but it's probably the most popular dish while I was dining here. The quantity didn't not look like more than one slice of pizza but it might have been more filling then meets the eye. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich without American white cheese Mozzarella instead.
November 6th 2022 there was one counter person and one chef. My friend and I entered in and we're at the second order in line. A large family finish their food and exited.
I talked to chef/manager just chit-chatting about the restaurant. Then I went to sit back down and wait for my food. It took 35 minutes to get to identical sandwiches that were grilled on egg bread instead of a roll. Not very tall in not especially tasty. The flavors just did not mix right. Egg bread is actually one of my favorites but did not work in this culinary concept.
I approached the chef again when I saw that he was finally making my food. I looked at my clock it was 5 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes to cook. Yet the chef chose to handle 10 people prior to me. Three different tables mostly the pizza cones. When I asked why I was waiting so long for my order since the customer order of operation was me 35 minutes ago, he replied that the other orders were quicker to prepare and cook then mine. There is an absolute lie because there was also a large pizza and to go orders in between. This restaurant is very mismanaged and only has one chef. So my review on customer service two stars. I did not like the way I was treated or the answer I was given and no apology either. There's a certain expectation when I go to a restaurant I'm not asking for free food I'm asking for respect. Food wise while I didn't like the bread combination with meat it was still a four star sandwich.
So Henderson decide for yourselves. Is this worth your pizza money or can you be stronger valued as a customer elsewhere.
Should the restaurant amend the shortage in staff! There is a possibility of...
