Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Nevada

Absolutely horrible customer service at this business. The other day I walked in and at the counter are the cashier and a customer who was talking on his cell phone. After a solid minute of absolute silence from the cashier with absolutely no greeting (something that is now surprising since almost every other review specifically points out that they were greeted) as the guy talks on his phone I ask the cashier since he's on the phone if I can place my order. Very rudely and very loud she says "I'm waiting for another customer to return, you're just going to have to wait!" Wow! I have honestly only been witness to see customer service that bad maybe twice in my life. First time in that business at any location and I will never return to any other one. What an absolute shame. I plan on speaking to the corporate office on Monday to let them know. Obviously the on site management didn't care about this girls conduct because they had to have heard her yell at me. Even the guy on the phone turned and looked at me like "Whoa, what the hells up with her." I can't believe the other positive reviews posted here, it just doesn't match in any way what I experienced. Every time I order from here it’s horrible experience my order is wrong every single time. I’m starting to believe their against LBGTQ+ cause the service I receive is just not right. Before the food was undercooked and spicy chicken steak was raw as can be def get sick eating it. I didn’t even eat it threw it away second time again it happen. That’s when I called got a replacement. Even the replacement was the same thing undercooked food and wrong items and each time I order. I pay extra for each protein and I don’t even get what I pay for sometimes as well and now again another replacement order this time I mentioned it was undercooked again please make sure the food is done properly this is what I get. I don't give much praise to food on the go places but this one deserves praise . The chicken teriyaki I had was great. The chicken was tender with right amount of char. The quantity was great. The rise was soft not hard line so e other locations. The store is smaller than other locations but I dont fault them for that. The cleanliness was great. I don't usually get excellent service from places like this but the young man greated me me warmly , took my order, was pleasent throughout, and confirmed my order. When order was ready he brang out to our table. All other locations just shout out your order is ready. Top it all off he even came back during our meal and asked if everything tasted great. Well let's just say I will be coming back to this location again. If they keep up the great food and service you guys have lifetime family customer on your hands.
