I have had a lot of small bad experiences here but nothing worth leaving a review. Today was exceptionally bad. I work at Starbucks and I understand what it is like to deal with a fast pace work environment - I have a lot of understanding & compassion for employees in the service industry. However, I made multiple attempts to be kind with the employees and they all were short and had no interest in being kind or making small talk. It wasn’t too big of a deal, I could tell they were stressed. The WORST part of this jack in the box is that they put everyone in their very crammed parking lot and make them wait for their food to not bring down their drive times. After waiting for 25 minutes in the parking I noticed that 4 cars that ordered after me had received their food then left. I tried to ask an employee and she ignored me. I asked the next employee who ignored me at first but I had to keep trying to get her attention and she finally addressed me. I politely let her know that I had been waiting for 30 minutes and everyone who ordered after me was gone. She did not apologize or show any care, she just told me she’d grab my food. A few minutes later another employee brought out my food. There was NONE of the sauces I asked for AND they always have a receipt in the bag with a written description of your car. There was no receipt. I feel as though my order was forgotten which is OKAY - it happens. What I do not appreciate is the lack of maturity and care from the girls working. It leaves me feeling very negative when I tried to be kind and was not treated with respect or care. I also feel like it’s not appropriate to throw everyone in your parking lot for EVERY ORDER… how can the company keep any tabs on your service rates? They need to keep people in the drive thru for longer to control the traffic - not shove everyone in a crowded place. It’s hard for the employees to even find the cars because it’s so unorganized. Read moreService was awful, little girl at the drive thru window was rude, she had a bad attitude, and was very demanding!! The food was even worse, after being told to "park outfront", not a please or request but a demand, we waited for about 5 minutes to receive the nastiest food, the fries must have been sitting for atleast 30 minutes, they were cold, hard as a rock and not edible! Let's talk about the loaded tiny tacos now! Again, old as can be, soggy, not a sign of crunch to them, they looked and tasted like they sat in a plastic warmer for hours, and again cold and not edible. Moving on to the double jack!! Haha, that thing was an embarrassment, looked like a McDonald's double cheese burger on a bad day!! I thought jack was better than that! This burger had 3 shreds of lettuce, a pickle and an unidentifiable sauce on a soggy, old bun!! Now the grilled chicken sandwich, the sourdough bread was somehow toasted and still soggy, the chicken looked sick, it had a gray color to it, again about 3 shreds of hot soggy lettuce and 2 hot tomatoes, the lettuce and tomatoes being the only hot part of this sandwich! They forgot all of our sauces we asked for so we didn't even have anything to try to help this food!! Needless to say, 17 dollars later my hubby and i were still hungry and annoyed at the way we were treated!! Stay away from this location! Read moreI would give you less stars but you have shown slight improvement because there are no more junkies that are accommodating your restroom be you're actually trying to make your staff a little bit nicer but not really because the morning manager I don't know if she's Asian she needs to go oh yeah if I were to say anything you guys got to get rid of the kids that are running the restaurant throughout the afternoon and almost made evening because I was called a pinche mayate by one of your supervisors and I'm not supposed to feel any type of way yeah you guys definitely need to fix yourselves matter fact I believe any time I go in there I should be able to get anything for free because that's discriminatory also when a person says that they would like to have fresh fries that doesn't mean that they would like to have ice cold fries or stale or stale or fries that have been sitting longer than the allotted three and a half minutes or refried fries because the only people so far and the only reason why you're getting a two-star is your overnight crew they actually seem to give a damn about the customer Jack in the box what is going on you guys went from a total 4 to now like 1 and 1/2 maybe.
