Taco Bell — Restaurant in Whitney

I drove far to come to this Taco Bell Because it isn’t one around me. From the time we walked in the energy was weird. They have self service kiosks. It’s the way the lady told us we had to use those to order our food. That’s fine but she could’ve said it a little bit. I then asked to use the restroom. The same lady camil said their restrooms didn’t work. I thought that was weird because how are y’all a big business like this and the restrooms doesn’t work?? Not one of them?? But whatever I didn’t say anything I just went across the way to the bar. (It was clean and smelled good in there yay lol). Anyone I come back my food still wasn’t ready.. again I didn’t say nothing because perfection takes time. A little bit later I see them let a lady in the restaurant. So I asked I thought the restroom wasn’t working? She act like she didn’t hear me. So I asked again. She then said she said “it’s nothing against you don’t get offended” I told her how can I not feel some type of way if you told me the restrooms wasn’t working but you let someone else in?? She didn’t have an answer. She then told her boss “she want to use the restroom” her boss say she can use it. I said I already went to the bar. So she then tell her boss “she asked if she can go to the restroom I told her they were closed. She just saw me let someone in now she’s mad”. I said I’m not mad at all but it’s not right. I then walked off because it’s not worth it. I love spreading positivity but this had to be typed. It was one to many red flags about this restaurant today. The customer service was terrible. Not only that they messed up my food. I work in customer service and I know exactly how a customer should be treated. There wasn’t an apology or anything about the MANY… MANY… MANY THINGS THAT WENT WRONG TODAY IN THIS TACO BELL. NOVA ALTHOUGH YOU WERE IN THE DRIVE THUR THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING...

First off, I work for a delivery service, and was picking up an order for someone who had ordered Taco Bell through our app, so I wasn't the one getting the bad end of this. However, this was so ridiculous, that I have to make this known. So, when I got there, I wanted to place this customer's order inside the lobby, as the drive thru was busy. Hours say it's open till 2AM, so I thought I'd be good. Nope! For whatever reason, they had the lobby locked up at 10:00, one of the busiest times of night for fast food restaurants here in Vegas, ESPECIALLY TACO BELL!!! So that was irritating, and it meant I would have to wait in the already packed drive thru. I end up waiting for over 30 minutes before finally reaching the speaker. When I start placing my order, NEARLY EVERYTHING THIS CUSTOMER ORDERED WAS UNAVAILABLE. Since I almost couldn't get anything this customer wanted, I had to break the bad news to her, and I dang near saw her cancel the entire order, meaning she would have waited for nothing, and I would have wasted my time, gas, and money, because this god-awful location was in such pathetic shape. 3 bad experiences in 1 visit; prematurely locked lobby, long wait in drive thru, and out of stock on almost all of their items. Truly a ridiculous display by Taco Bell, and I hope their corporate office cleans house of this location, and get these issues fixed immediately, because this was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had at ANY fast food...

I was waiting in line. And ahead of me was a female cashier & patron. The patron was gossiping trash loudly. I had figured out what I wanted. So i asked the patron if she was ordering. She said yes but all i heard was trash about her personal life. And so she spoke lower. And two employees were walking past the second closed register. So I said oh i thought u were coming to take my order seeing as this ( i looked forward) is going on. They smile laughed & said no. I said oh okay. Well you know what I am going to eat elsewhere. Then the smart alike girl said have a good day. I said I would rather you have given good service. And i will be writing a review. So here I am. At JACK IN THE BOX, writing. Review. I actually went back & I asked who the manager was on duty. She seemed like a sweet girl & was actually at the front. And the woman was stilll gossiping at the front with the same cashier. And the boy/man who walked past the cash register was standing there arms folded. And when i said i will be putting in my review that the manager was here and allowed this trash service (whether by absence at the moments this occurred or lack of respect the team members have) i heard someone say THAT’S fine..... i believe it was the girl that walked pAst the...
