Exploring the Henderson area and found this food spot. I got curious with the name and upon reading some reviews, it had some unsatisfied pallette diners. One way to find out is to try it. A decent size food spot that can be overwhelmed during busy hours. I came in close to closing time and not much left to choose from. I got Sisig, Dinuguan, Sinigang. My best bet is the Sisig, it's the best sisig so far. Prepared and serve plain with no added toppings(like egg, ginger, peppers) just like how it was done from its inception back home. If it was serve on a sizzling plate with calamansi(citrus fruit)+ labuyo(wild chili) that would complete the "Kapampangan" experience (of course with a bottle of SML or RH). A must try when in tkwn....

So based on my observations I left and went to seafood city at eastern and made my own sinigang and adobo....
Read moreMy mother ordered a tray of palabok a couple days ago and it was super dry. For the cost my mother paid, that palabok should have given me goose bumps. Instead it reminded me of a fast food ready-made palabok. It’s ashame because my mother was so excited to order that tray for me and my family because she knows we don’t have good palabok where we live. We came from Jersey to visit her and my dad. She called to complain about it but clearly the customer service was poor and they really didn’t give a hoot. Oh well, guess this establishment does not care about dedicated customers. They rather lose a customer over a tray of palabok, really nice! Thanks...
