China Wan Wan — Restaurant in Nevada

I have been to this location a few times now and the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced at any type of business, so much so it prompted me to leave my first review on google. My first time here i dined in and the food was good and the service was as expected. My second time trying to order from this location was at 8 o clock on a friday night, i was planning on getting something delivered even though i live less than a mile away from the store. I called up and asked " can i get a delivery" and the response from the person on the on the phone was "OHHHHH MY GOOOOODDD".... ? I just hung up. I dont know if they were busy or whayever, i was more than willing to wait. My request for delivery just took him over the edge.. Oh well. I for some reason decided to give them another chance and placed an order for delivery ( this one successful). They quote me 40 minutes for delivery. Not even 15 minutes later, and im not complaining about the time aspect, the delivery gets to my house and rings my doorbell over and over and over again making my dog freak out and bark, which scared my son, which makes getting to the door take even longer. All while hes just smashing the doorbell. When i finally get to the door theres no hello or anything the driver just shoves the reciept in my face and says "the tip goes here" and nothing more. Nice service. Safe to say that that was definitely the last time i will order...

Don't go to this place and expect any customer service it is the same as your McDonald's experience but less friendly. I tried to eat my orange chicken and because it was so hard the plastic fork broke. When I asked for a normal Fork the man told me we are WAN WAN as he pointed to the name on the door. I asked what do you mean he said same as McDonald's. We are fast food. Your white rice comes first 5 minutes later your fried rice comes 8 minutes later one entree comes then within the next 10 minutes we were served our other entree and two different appetizers. When it's time to eat your meal with your friend everything except for the last plate they put on the table is cold and hard. Only way to eat this food is to pre-order and then go there pick it up and hopefully it will all be warm when you bring your fork and spoon and eat it at a table. Maybe take out is the only way to have a warm meal. Make sure you have a microwave at home. However orange chicken and sesame chicken had good flavor but when it gets cold it gets very hard. We will never go there again and I hope your experience is...

Won’t be coming back EVER they gave me FOOD POISONING!! Ordered from here 2 weeks ago or so and LOVED It, the lady who placed my order over the phone was very nice and understanding towards my allergies the food was tasty and fresh etc. tried again yesterday night, the guy who took my order was OMG SO RUDE tried to explain my allergies and basically was rushed off the phone, barely wanted to answer any questions, decided to give me whatever he wanted to give me even though i legit couldn’t even eat It i even offered to pay whatever the difference was for any possible substitutions/add in’s (just wanted steamed rice bc i can’t eat the soup offered). Then to top things off last night after eating it was bland and dull could barely finish now I’ve been up all night throwing the food up and now writing this at 5am from getting sick from the food, REALLY REALLY sick.
