Please read. You're gonna like this story.. There is almost always a problem with my order from this location. My last attempt was the night of June 15th. When the food arrived, I asked the driver if the side of marinara sauce I ordered was inside the pizza box. She informed me that they had run out and instead of calling to tell me, the manager threw in some garlic sauce. Whatever. But then, I opened the box to find the pizza half cooked, half sliced, with the wrong toppings. Now I'm pissed. I call the location only to be on hold for 20 minutes. Now even more pissed, I get in the car & start heading down there. I walk into the restaurant and hear the phone ringing.. because I'm still on hold! Now I'm waiting for service. Finally, an employee comes to the counter. I point to the phone and ask her "Are you gonna get that?" She looked confused but then immediately nervous as I hold up my phone to show her the 28:24 on the call time. Then I turn the speaker on so she can hear the Pizza Hut auto attendant and I ask "Do you realize I've been on hold for almost a half an hour?" She actually had the nerve to have an attitude with me & says "No I don't know you've been on hold. There's other customers in front of you. Do you want to make an order?" I thought one of my eyes was gonna pop out of my head I was so mad. I start going off, "I already had an order dropped off!" Her face instantly changed assuming what was coming next. "The sauce that I paid for was not included! My pizza was ruined! I call to tell you guys about it and I'm left on hold for nearly 30 minutes!? And obviously you had no intention of answering seeing as you're closing in a few minutes. I had to leave my house to deal with this & now I have to put up with your attitude on top of it!? I want my f** money back!" With guilt written on her face, she tries to find the order. I ask "Who is managing right now?" "I am" she responds. "And what is your name?" "Jackie" I get my refund & turn to walk out. "Have a good night, Jackie."
You're lucky I never called your superiors Jackie. But maybe they'll see this and have a little chat with you. Hopefully this situation changes your work ethic...
Read moreUpdate... Well, it's been 6 months or so since my review below, and it seems nothing has changed. This time, I ordered the 5 topping special and selected extra pepperoni and extra cupped pepperoni with toppings on top of ALL the cheese. Yep, you can see history repeating itself. See pic. The pizza should have been covered in pepperoni, but no, there's nowhere near that amount, and the cheese is again spread over the pepperoni in an attempt to hide the toppings. It's a simple request. I guess this franchise owner just doesn't care about their customers. I wouldn't have come to this location, but it wasn't my choice. I couldn't wait to have it corrected because the other food we ordered would have gotten cold waiting.
To top things off, I received a dirty look and a mumbled comment when I paid with my card because I didn't put a tip on it because I always try to tip in cash. But her actions prompted me to forgo the tip. I then watched her talking to the other person in the back as they were getting my order out of the cook oven. The other person saw me watching them and pointed it out to her. It makes me wonder what might have happened to our food had I not been watching.
Thankfully I didn't tip them for getting my order wrong because you have to pay first.
Older review... Food quality has gone downhill. This is the second time I ordered a pepperoni lovers and received a pizza with maybe half the pepperoni it should have. Their excuse the cheese covered up the rest of the pepperoni. Which proves they can't follow directions either, because this time, I specifically asked for all toppings to be on top of the cheese. Which also helps the toppings cook better.
On top of that, the food was lukewarm at best. Pizza Hut is using DoorDash to deliver now, and the drivers aren't putting the food in the insulated bags to keep it hot.
Eating Pizza Hut has become a waste of money. Their solution is wait another hour for them to remake it and send it out cold...
Read moreJust ordered 2 lg super supreme and a Big New Yorke, hand tossed crust. Pizzas arrived as thin crust, the Big New Yorker was over done with 10 pepperonis on the entire pizza. It was dried out and not even eatable. Bothe the super supremes arrived thin crust and toppings just slid off. Call the restaurant and ask to speak to. Manage. Her RESPONSE was THAT IS MY HAND TOSSED CRUST and I MADE it MYSELF. THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP THE PHONE. Pizza Hut should really evaluate their employees and training them that CUSTOMER SERVICE is YOUR JOB. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY or CORPORATIONS AGAIN. Should be 00000 STARS. Just a little update to this review. When using your app with this PIZZA HUT Store, watch your points in the app, because you WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR POINTS. Also was contacted through Email from Customer Service, who by the way DROPPED THE BALL, BIG TIME and after replying to their email, NEVER receive another word. No Email, No Call, even though they ask for my phone number and additional information. The information was provided.
