This location is a little bit out of my way but it is better than the one that’s on Lake Mead and Boulder Highway sometimes the produce is not fresh but it’s certain days and certain people work there there’s a manager there I’m pretty sure her name is Jenna she’s really nice and friendly it seems like when she’s there everything is fresh and when she’s not somethings don’t look too great but I did let her know and I do eat Subway very often I’d say at least five days a week that’s a lot but this location right here they’re friendly and it’s a very clean store and I like the fact that they don’t tear all the bread out of my foot long before they make my sandwich the tuna is always good that’s like all I eat but even when I order for my kids it’s always just made right very nice and patient can you imagine when somebody comes up to you and they’re like I need 5 to 6 foot longs and every different sandwich is very unique and I am very happy to see that she was extremely patient with me and friendly and she was very friendly with my daughter and it’s not the first time we’ve interacted with her so I felt like I had to say something and I hope that the people that run the store recognize that Jenna is very amazing she’s an extraordinary person and she’s so kindDon’t matter how far at this location is will always continue to...
Read moreThe staff are holding it down, it seems like this location is under new franchisee ownership or management as it is no longer 24 hours as old sign suggest.
It is a good thing that it isn’t 24 hours as it seems like it provides a safe haven for minors or other individuals to harass and subject the staff into an unsafe environment that makes it unwelcoming to other customers.
The staff do not get paid enough that they have to play security while other humans harass other customers as today was the case. If you are not willing to pay the staff the right wage please by all means provide the needed security detail to make it a safe environment for staff and customers.
The only reason this review has five stars is because the amazing work by the staff taking care of this location between the hours of 4-6 as they showed amazing professionalism in handling the harassment that happened today in their location.
Pleas give these two brave women a raise as they go through this on a day to day basis. As customers please be more cautious of your tone and actions as today some customers decided to be rude because the staff decided to lock the doors from the outside...
Read moreI was definitely disappointed. Their in-store menu, doesn't match the online menu at all. I guess their sub of the day, is whatever they want it to be. My party were the only people in the store, yet still had to wait almost 15 minutes for them to complete all their online orders. By the time they got to making our sandwiches, they were basically scraping the vegetables out of the buckets, and had no intentions of giving us fresh veggies. When asked why their sub of the day didn't match what it said online, I was told "it is what it is". Both guys behind the counter were pretty rude to us, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I went in, wanting a fresh brewed iced tea, but of course, it "wasn't working". When I tried to fill my cup with ice and soda, they had to turn the fountain drink machine on. Both employees were EXTREMELY unprofessional and just downright rude.
