I ordered a Double Bonus Jack no lettuce and no bun due to food allergies. I received both lettuce and a bun for my burger. I also ordered a large regular french fries and halfsie fries. My fries were beyond old and cold when my door dasher finally arrived with my order. I called this location and spoke with the shift manager. He wasn't at all serious about my order issue or me having food allergies. His words were I might have seen your order and overlooked how it was supposed to be made. I've been in customer service for over 25 years. This is unacceptable and I will never order from this location ever again. Jack In The Box needs to do a better job of who they hire and promote. Sadly this is the world we live in where 3% of the population of billions of people care. While the other 97% could care less about people. Trust me if I owned any company especially a restaurant I would only have employees who are welcoming, kind, honest, hardworking, caring, concerned, and do whatever they can to satisfy each customer we serve on a daily basis. Read moreToday 8-13-18 at 11:30pm me and my African-American friends decided to go to Jack in the box on 4866 South Maryland St. in Las Vegas Nevada the customer service was very rude when we walked in no one acknowledged that we were there nor did they say wait one moment and we will be with you. We waited in line for 10 minutes there were people behind us also in line . The lady looked at us rolled her eyes and walked to the back which was very rude we decided to walk out. When I look back I noticed that she decided to help the Hispanic guy behind us which they all were Hispanic employees that work there and I thought that it was very racist of them not to help us and these are people you should not want to represent your business.
