Jamba — Restaurant in Nevada

07/23/21: Another work trip in Las Vegas and I went to Jamba for another Apples n Green smoothie. This time was much better. Thanks!

06/23/21: Back in Las Vegas and stopped by Jamba again. Today was a weird experience. As my pictures show, the young man working partially blended my Apples N Green smoothie and poured it in my cup. He then proceeded to blended the other half more fully and then poured some in my cup. I knew the smoothie would be good, but was fairly disappointed with the poorly blended part. Proof of my smoothie right It was chunky and the texture wasn’t nice. Also, he didn’t fill my cup to the top more. I’m not trying to be greedy, but he had a few more ounces in blender to easily pour more in my cup before closing it. Just disappointed. I’ve been going to Jamba Juice since the mid-1990s and this is the first time with a half blended smoothie. I didn’t complain since I just wanted my smoothie.

06/16/21: Fast and friendly service from the two staff members at Jamba Juice in Terminal D. I got a 22 oz Apples N’ Greens smoothie, Boar’s Head Ovengold Turkey sandwich, and Hawaiian Brand Luau BBQ potato chips. My grand total was $21.86. It wasn’t cheap, but that is expected from airport food. I wish people wouldn’t dock stars due to the price. It costs more due to the extra security measures,...

This place is understaffed with lazy workers. The person on the cash register was “Janet L” when I came on 11/28 at around 7:20-7:45 and she was very rude and not accommodating. I asked for a white fruity pebble which is on the secret drink menu and I order it all the time at many locations and they always make it, she didn’t know what that was so I pulled it up on google for the ingredients and showed it to her and she said “we don’t do that” rudely without seeing it. Even though it says it’s available at “All locations.” After that I ordered a orange dream and she said “we don’t do that” without LISTENING then I said “it’s right there on the menu.” Once i got it, it wasn’t well blended and there was chunks of ice and it was watery. That’s unacceptable for a drink you're paying $9 for after waiting in a long line.

There was also only 3 workers working very slow even with a very long line, I waited for about 20 minutes. That’s horrible for an airport because people need to catch...

First time Jamba, considered me hooked! Jamba is dope. I love their menu as it provides me plenty of no-nonsense wholesome plant-based smoothies that are fully customizable, packed with nutrients and super yummy, all at great value. I'd slurp all day if I could! I got the Vanilla Blue Sky Bowl which was phenomenal! A great snack to go. I also grabbed one of their gigantic Zucchini Loaf for an afternoon treat which was very moist, great flavor and light tasting. I really wish Jamba would invest in environmentally friendly packaging and utensils in general, to prevent having to recycle. Therefore, I'd recommend you do the same and BYOS (bring your own spoon/straw). I hope they are listening. You have a responsibility as a market leader in the food industry to practice good ethics and convey that to customers. Note, the rewards are not valid at this location which was a huge bummer as I couldn't use my coupon or redeem any member...
