I was a bit hesitant based on the reviews, but the number one Italian sandwich was good and was ready in less than 5 minutes during a busy period.
It cost $14 which was the same price of a footlong Subway sandwich at the food court in the Vegas strip casino we had stayed at earlier, so it actually wasn't overpriced at all which surprised us being in an airport.
I got it toasted and the bread was fresh and soft and the toppings all tasted good and it was maybe 8 or 10 inches long. There was a decent amount of meat comparable to Subway.
They also had a comparable choice of toppings to Subway like black olives, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar, oil, oregano and so on for no additional charge.
My only complaint was that the Italian sandwich was supposed to be a combo of ham and four different Italian meats and mine was 99% ham with one or two very thin slices of pepperoni at best so not sure if that's the way it's supposed to come or the worker messed it up.
I definitely didn't see or taste any salami or capicola or whatever the other Italian meat the menu claimed was supposed to come on it. Regardless of the meat issue I would eat there again as the sandwich, service, and price were all still...

We are also supervisors in law enforcement. We are not thieves. We have no reason to steal! The family behind her told her kids the reason why the line was delayed was bc my friend was stealing! We don’t need to steal. Again: We are professionals and supervisors in our profession. You need to address your staff. The damage that this caused us with delay to our flight was unnecessary. The employee asked what should be included with the sandwiches and final order & she was told chips/pickle with each order. My friend proceeded to the waiting area with the chips and was accused of stealing them. To the supervisor who showed up in an accusatory manner, shame on you not knowing your audience. & you never asked for a receipt or proof of purchase. Your business will never excel with that...
Read moreTurns out Everything is cold here including the attitude. Ordered a veggie sub and the person at the counter asked me for all my choices except for whether I wanted it hot or cold. My mistake, of course, that I forgot to tell them, in the rush of the volley of other choices, that I wanted it toasted. Only after I paid did I remember to ask but the lady kept repeating "Everything is cold here" and you didn't ask for it to be toasted, Never mind she didn't bother to ask me either. When I reminded her of that, she had the gall to add to her by now third repeat of Everything is cold here. "Move Over!" Nice,
Turns out it's 50c to get it toasted - if she had only asked, I would have gladly paid. Customer service clearly ain't their motto... but then we know by now, what is, don't we. Should have checked the one-star reviews I guess, before I stopped for a quick bite, Haven't tasted...
